2 months ago I vowed that my company will be buying further vehicles from CBA, and with the service I received from the 1st sale, I couldn’t help but come back to buy two more within weeks. CBA is more of a family than just a business selling cars. Their willingness to work with me has proven this. Thank you again to CBA and to many more car SALES. I would like to loud team Carbon Black auto for the service provided. Words can never express the joy and satisfaction for the machine I was given almost for free. Service: Lauren 150% Communication: Team CBA 150% Vehicle quality: Merc V250 150% Buying my second Vclass in 2 months made me learn something. CBA service outclassed that of the previous dealer and worse it was Mercedes franchise. They gave us emails to send our queries but they never respond. My credit profile still show accounts closed over 3 years ago and surprisingly transunion has been update. I really dont underatand why the regulators are not looking into this company. Calls no answer, emails no responce always.
The insurance company is a mess. After losing my phone i called to claim but their lines are either not answered or they will answer and put you on hold after that. Eventually i went to the store and still they made me call them again until one of the guys tracked my claim whic was approved after. Once it was appoved and i paid access amount they told me that i have to wait 7 days to get a new device which forced me to buy a new phone since i cant affored to go so many days without a phone while running a business. I will never ever take my insurance with them in this lifetime.
I lost my phone and after getting a new one i cant register it. I called their support and i was told that i have to go to the bank. Tried using ussd to transact but because i havent used it in a while they decided to discontinue the pay option so now i'm stuck
I have sold my car via this so called dealership last year September and the owner never paid me my full amount. He has been paying me half half to date m yet to recieve my full amount. He stopped taking my calls and when I go to his shop he will promise to pay me in the coming days. If you wish to sell your car is would warn you against this park and sell guys. They still have 19k outstanding after 4 months and I don't even know what I did with the rest of the money
I cancelled my policy with them on the 18th of May and my debit order was to go off on the 25th, well they offered me 2 months breather but unfortunately I had to decline due to financial constrains projected. Today they have debited my account and upon my call they said the debit order was already loaded when I cancelled and the agent who assisted with the cancellation was supposed to have told me when cancelling the policy which he did not. Now the little I had planned to save for my family is gone. If they wanted to give me a break surely they wouldn't have debited today but now because I cancelled they did.
I lodged a transfer request in December and to date they haven't released my domain. When I call the phone just play this annoying sound for over 30 min and when you chart with their support, the most useless ever. My company site has been down since December and this *****s continue billing me for their useless service. I want my domain gone from this useless company.
Good day. Are you guys a scam or what? Have claimed 3rd party like 2 months ago and we had communication until an assessor was appointed which was over a month ago. At one point the contact details provided just stopped working and my emails where never responded anymore. Vanessa keeps on asking for an extra 5 days whenever I call and still I have to runaround as if m begging. What is so difficult to assess a claim for over 2 months? Do you really think we are that crazy to go on with your delay tactics forever? M going to sue your client for every penny I used since the accident on the vehicle and they will deal with you. Your service is horrable to the last degree and you always think you dealing with illiterate people. Useless staff
I have claimed 3rd party after their insured bumped my car 2 months ago. All documents required were send and to date I have been told nothing regarding my claim. Vanessa started asking for 5 days extention for over a month till she decided not to take my calls anymore nor respond to my emails. I got their alternative number and was told that an assessor was appointed to work on my claim. This has been the case since 5th July and to date m still in the dark. On Monday the 5th August one of the managers promised that I will receive feedback latest by Wednesday and that has been just a dream till now. My life has been on hold for now 2 months full and nobody is showing any signs of resolving this. This company is a fraut
