First off all I dont know what the use of vodacom tygervalley below game are for..The manager Neville is one rude person yelling from where he sits doesnt even stand up and come and talk like a norrmal person.he sits and talk to 2 girls laughing as we walked out.why is he manager he is not worthy of being a manager if he is that incompetant.My dad wanted to find out if the contract is not cancelled does the 10mg data he useally get still get it or not but they dont even hust check on the system whats going on vodacom is lazy they sell you all these expensive cellphones but when you come to them for help they are useless..Colin is also no use in help as he just pulls up his shoulders.I am mostly so dissapointed in they way the staff and SO CALLED MANAGER NEVILLE treats customers.So i an giving you 24 hours to give me a phone call and sorting this out as I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND anyone to join vodacom due tto lack of service.You call me during the morning my number 0711191941. Then someone will also phone me from cancellations as a person phone but no awnser.
I have been waiting almost 3 months for my maternity payment. Every time they say payment will be paid out with in 5-7 working days..And still shows nothing..Goodwood UIF department is the worst UIF department ever service is so slow not enough people to help..And still I have to fight to get my own maternity money.They are so slow I dont know why they take so slow to do payments cause all its telling me once again they are short in staff or just working slow..No one gets back if you call they just say o payment takes 7-15 working days and aparantly those days turns into 3 months..so i have no idea where or when they will pay so i am sooo angry as Iam typing this message
Unable to deliver just bacause driver felt like he doesnt get the address he mesage after 8 this morning and all of a sudden before 2 he desided to rescedule package..We sent pin location everything just to make it easier for him and still he did not deliver.So dissapointed in them for the bad service they give. And he said receipt not avaible witch is total ****.Takealot people just put anything on so that it looks like customers was the once that looks **** but its due to laziness.
the kakest service ever..they telk u if third party pick up on behalf of you they only need a copy of yiur Id and the person that picks up need to give her id copy as well.the drive Esethu litrelly told me I am i liar and he dont trust me what kind of kak service is that..When you ask to speak to a manager you sit more tgan 25min waiting on the phone for the manager that doesnt even awnser and not even the person that awnsers the phone would tell you please just hold on cause the manager is maybe busy or what ****n ever..No they make u wait and wait with no damn service...I would never advise people to use RAM COURIERS
****ed off on how Mr price just decline a person for opening an account based on my credit score i pay my accounts every month so why the hell cant they open an account for me even if it is on the lowest amount...they want clients but the decline people left and right really bull **** of this company..i am seriously ****ed off..u want to support a retailer but then they treat u like a criminal that cannot even pay ur account even thou all my accounts is all paid every month...thats why people wont wana support mr price due to useless service
I have order something online without no emaio or anything telling me that the order is awaiting stock or something it was set out for 21January know once again went to check and it was moved to 24 January with no sms or email or nothing explaining what the hell the situation is..I am getting pretty fed up with this and want an damn explination to when I will get my stuff when it is already paid for!!! So someone needs to email or give me a damn good explination to why the service given is so ****!
PEC is the worst service providor ever..they are SCAMMERS!!!!They cant show you how were they get the meter numbers from for tge redicioulous amounts they charge you...And they make u pay expensive amounts after one of the people that owns one of tge flats said with her own mouth it wil NEVER be more than R200 know i paid like over R400 for a heatpum nit even my water is that expensive so how the hell did they get to that amount i am ****ed off..they give the kakest service ever when u talk to them there the one guy has no customer service his a real ass.and he has no manner in talking to people!!!!!!if i can tell people anything DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEC!!!!!!!
Cybersmart delivers the WORST ever service possible...They claim to be the number one service provider but gives the WORST service ever cause when you call they give u this pitty bull**** that they work from monday to Friday not giving a flying **** that some people need to work using their wifi!!!!!But easy to deduct R600 from ur account with no problem.... Company calling them self number one service provider but gives the kakest service ever with alot of excuses....I don't care that they are not working on Sunday's but if u are a service provider you need to have damn people on stand by like any damn services company!!!!
The fiber has been off since 4 this morning.Cyber have not updated or enail anything regardingthis matter it has been 12hours already and still we come out work and the fiber is still off....this is getting ridiculous that everytime we have loadshedding this damn fiber gives problem..Cyber doesn't even inform people that they are trying to fix the problem and it's already late and still we have to sit with this kak...hassendal Mooiberg Estate Kuilsrivier and still there is no resolve in this issue
