I received a call from infusion financial service stating that since I have been over charged they can decrease my instalment to the amount of R8000.00 and I agreed and signed the documents and the following day,the phoned me stating that they can decrease it to the amount of R7000.00 and I went to the bank to cancel the 1st one for R8000.00 and and requested them to cancel the process hence my husband is denying me to continue with them and I have been approved for the amount of R195000.00 at Directaxis and when trying to settle my credit card ,I was told that it has been placed under dept review and I stopped them to continue, And Directaxis promised to pay my Revolving loan,credit card,game account, Rsc account. Truworths and identity but when I check with them ,they did not manage to pay hence account is under dept review.please assist in order to be cancelled as I have to repay Directaxis back

I mistakenly transferred an amount of R14000.00 from bank App into Ampath account as they were the last beneficiary I made payment to,and I went to Standardbank to lodge a complain so that the money can be reversed and they declined Standardbank recall request. I phoned them informing them about the matter and I was emailed a form that need to be completed and emailed it back and wait for seven(7) to( 14) fourteen days in order get my money back. I am desperately inneed of that money and for me 7 to 14 days is way too far for me, I understand I did mistake by transferring into their account but to wait for so many days is too long for that money, please refund me back as soon as you can please
I gave requestea a credit settlement letter to be emailed on my email account at Standardbank credit department since the 9th July 2024 and it was promised that I will get the email within 24 hours to 48 hours, so since Tuesday, I have been waiting even today is Friday the 12th July 2024 and have not received anything,. It's actually the 4th day today waiting for the email and this kind of service is badly affecting me

I paid the full amount of R7862.11 for service plan of 45000 km last year may 2019 at liquidcapital and the same year around November i took my car for a service of 135000 km and they paid for it and on the 15 july 2020 when i take my car for a service for 150000 km ,they denied the dealership an authorization and said there is shortfall on my policy,i then phone them and they told me that i have cancelled my policy and i must forward proof of payment.i have lost proof of payment and they say they are unable to trace it on their system but they can see that i have paid the full amount and suprisely so is that they have managed to pay the service of 135000 which i have covered for and never requesting proof of payment but today after a year suddenly proof of payment is needed
