Early debit
I am extremely disappointed with FinChoice’s handling of my account. They debited my account before the agreed payment date, which resulted in an honour fee charged by my bank. When I contacted FinChoice, they shifted the blame to my bank, even though they were clearly the only party responsible for the early debit. This is unacceptable, as the debit date was clearly agreed upon and I had budgeted accordingly. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is disappointing, and I am relieved to have closed my account with them.

MTN Overcharged Me – Paid for 25 Months Instead of 24
I am extremely disappointed with MTN. My contract was clearly for 24 months, yet I’ve now paid for 25 months, and to make matters worse, my last instalment was double the normal amount. This is completely unacceptable- it feels like daylight *******. I’ve honoured every payment on time for the full term of my contract, and now I’m being charged beyond what was agreed. I’ve tried to get clarity, but MTN has not provided a proper explanation

Title: ******** Debit Orders After Cancellation – Zone Fitness Arcadia
I cancelled my gym membership with Zone Fitness Arcadia in February because the hygiene was poor, however I paid it off in full—something I now regret doing in good faith. Three months later, they resumed debiting my account without consent. I reversed the transaction and blocked them from my account to prevent further unauthorized debits. As a result of their mistake, I incurred additional charges from my bank for the reversal and blocking actions. When I contacted Zone Fitness, they merely said "sorry" and refused to reimburse me for the costs I incurred due to their error. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Companies should be held accountable for unauthorized transactions and the financial inconvenience they cause. I will not remain silent about this. Zone Fitness, I expect full accountability and reimbur*****t for the charges you caused. Do the right thing.

Deposit refund
They don’t want to refund all of my deposit because a frame was rusty . Of which the frames weren’t painted when I moved in. I stayed 7 months then they want to tell me in seven months I had demaged frames of windows that I wasn’t opening because when you open them they were making funny noise and I opted not to open them because I was scared they would fall on me and I had to pay. Urbanvest has a reputation of not refunding deposit. To paint a frame of a window at Urbanvest is R1100. They are left with my paint which which will last them for more than 2 years . Honestly it’s not on to maintain their building.

Deposit not paid in full
I stayed in their bachelor flat for seven months , in seven months the burglar has to be repainted and they withheld above aR1000 of my deposit for a window frame and the tap because it had no pressure for the shower as I found it like that. How much interest did my deposit make in their bank account , that they will never tell you However I’m still in need of my money and won’t let it go

Years back i enrolled with MANCOSA, they were efficient and all went well to this day I'm proud their courses are accredited. Keep up the good work MANCOSA. I can recommend MANCOSA to anyone a BEST College is South Africa.

Boston offering unregistered course with SALARY.
Few years ago I did a course of project management with Boston college for R22000 at that time in polokwane only to find it was not accredited with SAQA. Meaning I wasted my money doing an unrecognised course whereas I would have done a course with other colleges which are recognised by SAQA . Boston college is a fraud don't study with them rather go to an TVET their courses are registered.

Vodacom stealing from me
I informed vodacom that I would like to cancel my contract as their prices were being adjusted in an unexplainable way. My contracts original price was R750 but I ended up paying R849 . No one could explain to me. In may they debited the outstanding amount but to my surprise in June the 25th and July the 26th they debited whilst the contract is cancelled. Vodacom is the worst fraudulent contract you can ever take in south Africa. If you want to be happy in your life stay with other celphone contract companies not Vodacom. I5566220
