I had a claim escalated to guardrisk by Viva cover and today when l called the consultant tells me l must try and call guardrisk as the supervisor is ot there to talk to them otherwise its a waiting game cause no one knows what is going on. On top of that all l get fro Guardrisk when l email them is a automated response and it ends there. its really worrying me cause all my insurances have guardrisk on them and as a worry l dont know whether am gonna get the same treatment on my home contents and bond insurance if communicating with a phone is difficult. This is the worst expirience ever
Am not sure why they have a phone if they dont answer or no one knows how to .l have a claim with Huawei/viva cover/guardrisk and the assessor has been telling me they waiting on Guardrisk to authorise for the past 8 days ,when l call them no one answers and when l call the cape town number they say they a different department and cant assist me . the 0860 333 361 number provided is never answered and l was told to send an email which was automated and never heard from them again .Now reading all this reviews l ask myself if l made a good decision with these guys.. I dont have a phone now and insurance is MIA l wish the same energy they use in debit order deductiing would be the same energy in customer service I wouldnt recommend at all and now l have all my insurances under guardrisk and its scary
I did and order with takealot and and email stating its ready to collect was never sent apparently their system made an error. and now they giving me 48 hours to collect the order of which it wasnt my problem at the first place that l wasnt told about my order. l have been calling customer care for about 9 times and all of them dont have answer because they work on email system and only wait for an response in order to answer. l was told l will get a response yesterday 100% and it never happened and l have called today and still getting same promise of which it makes no difference. now why must l struggle over and error that their system did. also their warehouse is out of reach telephonically and so is the supervisor and the managers. the only thing l was told by the agent is its a waiting game till my order is cancelled and payment refunded. l had to wait 2 weeks only to be told l have 48hours to collect or else cancelled. l regret this transaction ever
Am not happy with the service that l got from Dros Canal Walk. We come to the restaurant every Sunday as its family day out but the issue of outside patrons coming to sell their items inside the restaurant is not on. I did bring it to the manager(Patrick) who then told me its allowed . So how does management allow people to come sell inside and mind you we eating and they standing and selling stuff. Please let me know if its part of the company policy as it serves as a disturbance
I did a purchase of a Sunbeam Blender at Makro Ottery in April 2021 and with a 12 month warranty and now only in October it nolonger goes on. I went to the store and they said l bought it online and they said will give me a credit note of which when l went to get the same product the price had gone up . they refusing to swap the product saying the price has changed and l did ask if the price has changed which my money has also lost value by them. they changed the story and said it was an online payment so l wont be able to get the money. my question to them was why the money cause when l bought the item l knew its gonna last me more than 12 month cause of the warranty now l had money in April and the product never lasted and the money is useless now and they only wanna return it to me always verify the warranties with those guys cause first they act surprised and next they dont know how to assist you
Vey Bad Customer Service. I have paid up and sent proof of payment and since l have been waiting feedback from them and everytime l call they say they will me back and all to no avail. I have requested to speak to supervisor and they tell me they will call and when l ask about my emails they always say they dont have access to email. the call centre is mis informed or they dont know what they doing at all
Have been trying to contact them for 3 months to settle my account all to no avail. I went to homechoice they told me l must call or email them as its not their department. I did email 3 months ago and they responded last week with a wrong document as they sent me a dispatch document from 2020 . I responded to the email and having been waitong since Thei customer service is terrible and they never respond all l want is the account number and my statement so l can fully pay them at once . Its funny they never respond but will never miss a debit order
I want to reactivate my childs account and from Grandmothers fingerprint to mine and they have been struggling to remove the fingerprint for weeks. Firstly the branch logged a complaint and gave me a reference and gave a 3 day turnaround then next they still couldnt solve it then another 10 day turnaround and still not solved . Now l have called the complaints department twice and they still dont havean explanation why but keep promising me they will call back in 24 hours. All 3 previous consultants still dont have an explanation and today they still promised to call me back to resolve I have never had to experience such ever as everyone seems to be confused everytime l go to them. First they said affidavit of which l did Second they said they dont need iy anymore Thirdly l was told to bring the Grandmother for a quick removal then l did but still they cant resolve. Ita either their system is not well done or consultants are not well trained. Bottom line l hate the service you giving me

Good day l have been waiting for an order l did last week friday at Game Grand Central and it was supposed to be delivered Monday today is Wednesday and l have called the store and they telling me they cant deliver. 1 l asked 3 times at the store before l bought the item 2 They confirmed it will be delivered and another supervisor came and said it will be delivered with armed escort. 3. Now they saying l must go collect as the warehouse said they cant deliver and on top of that there is a sign saying you deliver and the shop next to salesman. Is the delivery a way to make us buy or its just that the warehouse and the store dont communicate The person in charge of the delivery by the name Vincent told me to look for a plan to go their warehouse and or come to the shop and get my money back. I ask him about the sign in the shop that says delivery and how l asked the salesman to confirm about the delivery and he just says there is nothing he can do its either l go to the warehouse myself or come for a refund all at my expense. So if l hadnt called to check on my purchase then it was gonna stay at the warehouse till
