My mother has been trying to get her accurate electricity reading from the city for a few years now and even if they send people out to come and read the meter, they still load estimates. It states her meter is currently at 69,380.617 her actual reading is around 54 268.97 she is being charged for about 15 000 MORE and even if they come out and read the thing the keep sending Estimates
I bought devices from FNB - I received sim cards with them. I NEVER activated or used the sims. Today all of a sudden today there is a CONNECT TOPUP SIGNUP debit order that went off of R113.50. I never signed up for this or activated ANYTHING. Now I get told it was a contract and that its on month to month and I need to Cancel it. Wait you also cant cancel anything online you have to waste your money and go through the call Centre!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOU FNB
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PARCEL FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS
COJ owes me a refund of R18004.83 it has been more than a year to try and get my money out of them... first I was told that they owe me nothing - Finally they acknowledged it and a reference number. Was told between 4 and six weeks, it has probably been about 12: reference number 8005103275. I also keep getting messages saying I havent been paying my other account and it is ALL UP TO DATE
We got cut off without warning, got no feedback from them to let the clients know what is going on. After some research Vumatel confirmed that they suspended their service and look for a new ISP, which I did. Yesterday someone from fibrestream phoned me after nobody has been able to get hold of them, to say the issue would be sorted. In the meantime I got another email form Vumatel stating that we should not use fibrestream. I am unable to cancel my debit order so i just hope they don't take more money for services undelivered
After I was left without fibre by my previous ISP Fibrestream because Vumatel suspended service to them. I opted to use Vox Telecom as a new ISP and I have to say their service has been AMAIZING, they were so on the ball and got me re connected in a few days. Thanks to the whole team especially Tshepo Collen Mothiba, who kept me in the loop and pushed to make it all happen as quick as possible. I am looking forward to being one of your clients
I placed an order 9 April for an Xbox, I was advised that it will be delivered after lockdown "Fair enough", but now you cannot get hold of them, even if they state in their email: All orders placed that is not an essential item will be delivered once the lockdown is lifted. on Tuesday I went to your Craighall branch to get a new sim and migrate my number back to vodacom from Cell C ... first the guy gave me the wrong sim I HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 DAYS!!!!!! to get registered. Your service is absolutely useless HOW HARD CAN IT BE
