I called in today regarding accessing my Queenspark funds. I got through to Janet. Firstly the app does not work effectively, finally when I can access my information the system wont allow me to withdraw. I am referred to a call center. I call in and all Janet does is read what the screen says ' you cannot access the funds'. I ask why, one would think she could tell me this, she says she does not know. I ask again and reiterate you cannot tell me you do not know I have used this account its in a credit so what is the issue. She says I must try again in 4 months. Absolutely useless. RCS markets something that is false, the app is glitchy and the call center people do not know their product. I am extremely frustrated.
The driver demanded my pensioner mother help him carry the groceries. He said they are too many. Every month checkers drivers complain and demand my mother must come down and help them carry. Or they refuse to take the groceries to her door. Why are you offering door to door if it is actually not that. Every month we must deal with rudeness and agression from your drivers and laziness. Yet when there is that old man that comes he never complains. But all the others complain and get rude and aggressive. Do they know the unemployment rate in SA. I am disgusted and have raised this matter with you before yet nothing has happened.
I received another call today from Elite Mobile- Rekha Surajew. She told me that Neshan who I spoke to on the 6th of Feb did not change my packages according to what he had sold me on the line. I have people phoning me to upgrade who are all selling me nonsense and lying to me. A contract that is supposed to be R219 is now R550 where on earth are all these prices coming from. What on earth is going on.
This is the second time that I’ve bought a cake/pie from Checkers Northgate using my 60 app. Omg so fresh and so yummy. Great value for money.
I gave the Vodapay app a try and purchased 2 Netflorist vouchers. They don't work. The vouchers are invalid. Even worse I tried calling in using the supp**** number for help and no luck the system is terrible to navigate, then we get to Tobi come now really what a waste of time. I tried getting help from this bot to zero avail. Why are making false offers and dabbling in products that don't work? Don't take out money and not supply what is paid for.
Your driver sent a high drug addict to my moms door to deliver the groceries. He was late I had to message him twice with no response. Then all of a sudden some high guy who is slurring and dirty was at my moms door with our groceries. He said his friend sent him up with the groceries. My mom was terrified to have this high dirty druggie at her door. Lucky I was still here for her. What absolute nonsense is this. You sending drug addicts to deliver groceries yet you get paid!!! I am so disappointed. I have been going to this Wimpy for close to 15yrs. Today I ordered the special peri peri chicken burger that I have had twice before once at this Wimpy and once at another. The bun came toasted which Wimpy never does. This was already strange. Regardless I knew the waiters so I didn't want to make a fuss and started eating. The chips were stale, I could taste the old oil. I quietly told the manager about this but did not make a big deal. On eating the burger. I could taste the mould. The manager did not approach the kitchen on the chips I saw him on his phone. I then told the waiter about the entire meal and stated that this affects him as the clients will get cross with him over stale food that he has no control over. The onions were old and the chicken had sinew. It was horribly disgusting. Not sure if it's because there is a new manager but sies. I feel ill.
My banker has gone on maternity leave. I am left in the hands of someone who does not know what he is doing, does not answer his calls, does not read his emails and suspended my credit card without me even knowing. I call in today and spoke to Mabatu who seriously needs empathy training and needs to practice her tone. I have told David that there was a problem with this credit card account for months but at least I could use my virtual card, now its just suspended without me knowing. I have tried to call to seek help but get ignored. I cannot tell you how furious and frutrated I am. I am a RMB Private banker. If my profile is not high enough to get a call back, kindly let me know, I can go to a bank that at least response or tells me when they are messing around with my accounts.
The is contentious ***** being committed on this app. It’s happened to me and today to my daughter.
I signed my mother up for Rain. I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with them. From my first experience they have been useless. Finally my mother received her device yesterday and still today no wifi. She called in twice after holding for so long to get through to an agent they are no help. So I have paid for something and it does not work. What now?
