Still deducting instalments even after house was sold and policy cancelled. The Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Absa home insurance would be a hard pass for me in the future.
Worst pannel beaters i have ever seen, first time i was quoted for a bumper respray and then only received a quick spot fix to repair scratched aria but paid for a full respray, after that the vehicle went back 4 times for the same job to be repaired. If you hate good service, quality work and your car and having your car, take it to debt tech for 4weeks to respray your front bumper 4 times and still mess it up. Photos below was after they tried for the 4th time, its ridiculous how bad the quality of work is. Never again!!!
Its meen exactly 1 month and hetz still has not released the 15k hold which is ridiculous to start with! Countless mails sent Chats that as soon as my money is mentioned runs dry, never ever will i use this **** poor company. I have used avis multiple times and any issues gets solved with a mail or in app, these amateurs cant even reply on a mail! @hertz go and rent a car from avis and see what real service is all about. Its a shame to have companies like yours in SA being part of the problem.

Phoned me to try and beat my current premium after i told them they are waisting my time, was more expensive by R800 and still no payout 3weeks later. Don't take their calls, expensive and misleading!
Absa insurance has zero loyalty to their customers and doesn’t follow up anything after allocation of your case to the service provider!! Service providers used by absa is worst then the service offered by themselves really sad seeing a good company throwing away their good name by employing bad people.
Staff not picking up phone calls, on arrival i had to wait more than a hour to collect my vehicle, the building is not being maintained with leaves and litter lying everywhere, paint and tiles peeling off the walls. Avis Rustenburg seems like they are taking full advantage of being in a 3rd world county. Worst experience with avis ever
Received a faulty laptop, did the return with a 4 day turnaround time to get my refund but its now day 10 and still no refund. I have phoned, emailed and the only answer that they can come up with is that it has been escalated but still waiting for a response from the supplier????
Easy to get a sales person to sell the product but to get it installed is a nightmare!!! They missed the first appointment and after phoning 3 times with no one to assist or getting transferred from operator to operator I'm fed-up this is no way to treat a customer. I should have gone with tracker instead. If this is the level of service just to get the unit installed i cant see this company ever responding in time when there is a serious problem.
