I moved to bestmed thinking i will hv peace of mind not knowing im creating stress an heart ache for my self yoh .paying so much money for the medical dat doesnt benefit me .i thought weh i choose beat 4 option il hv peace of mind but no nix .like dis medical aid is a nightmare for me the can not cover for my eye glases an i cn not live without my glases y do i hv to pay around R6000 for glases wen i hv a medical aid dat i thought will help with such things wen i go to simple chemist for counter to counter medication i hv to pay +- 200 levy depending on wat il be needing by dat time yoh i regret ever switching from bonitas to best med mxm
Been using metrofibre for a while now and everything was perfect my nightmare started wen they advised me to switch from paying my account using eft to debit i agreed. Nd switched to debit dat was 2024 around october. On de 17th march my account was all of a sudden deactivated i called to find out wat the problem was i was told my accout is owing R3000. Haibo R3000 why? I was told the finance department were unable to debit from my accout, i asked den why if the notice dat they are not getting payed y did the let my account be active for so long cz if they deactivated immediately wen they did not receive payment or call me nd notify me dat they not able to debit we would hv rectified the problem immediately to avoid problem. I would hv went bk to paying using eft as i used to. Ohk i asked for a solution as i need the fibre for them to activate my account nd break that R3000 dwn so i can settle the account. Coz i feel were both wrong there incompetence made my account to go in arrears. Its been day 3nw m calling metrofibre looking for a resolution to my problem but no one wants to help. I wrote emails they just respond promising to come bk to me but they dnt. I have kids writing exams they do research everyday so without wifi they can't. I requested dat if they are unable to help me or resolve my problem let them freez the account to dat 3000 den they come nd disconnect their fibre whilst m looking for another fiber to use nd settle the 3000 i owe because of them. Still they dont want to. M tired of begging metrofibre to resolve the Metter they actually started can they come take their router nd il look for another fibre to use. It is so sad dat my power tripped yesterday 9t nd i reported same time thinking i will get help ..today morning around 8am i was at the municcipal electrical offices to report the matter the ladys we found at the office wrote our adress down nd told us to live as they will be sending electricians to come and assist .we waited the hole day but dey only arrived around 6pm only to tell us they dnt hv de key dat opens the kiosk , ohk they gave us hope that they are going to fetch the right key for the kiosk nw it 21:00pm they are saying we hv to wait for electricians from middleburg to come nd open the kiosk.when we ask hw long will they take to get here they dnt no .worse i live with 2 kids a 1year old nd a 14year old i explained dat my 1year old is using a nibulizer wich was already flat wen i left for wrk .i had hope dat power will be bk m shuttered the meat i bought for my family wont survive , my kids hv to eat the older 1 has to bath early nd go to school dis hole thing is so painfull and sad .worse they dont no when an hw long the electricians from middleburg will come .my child's life is in danger beacouse of the municipality electricians not having a key to open the kiosk to reset the power on . Im a single mother i buy groceries once a month so if the meat i buy for my kids to eat is spoiled because of the municipality not having the key for the kiosk to reset the power its so sad .. Good day Im disappointed and very hurt ,i have a new born baby nd i needed a chest of drawer for my babys clothes so i send my sister to lewis at setsing phuthaditjhaba to buy me a chest of drawer for my baby ,wen they arrived at the store they found it but it was a damaged chest of drawer on display ,my sister asked if they have a new 1 they said yes .my sister payed fir the chest of drawer den came home to wait for the delivery . They came to diliver the same damaged chest of drawer that was on display and damaged we called the store same time to tell them ,they said they will fetch it and refund us .we waited for their call but to no avail so we called the sore again thats wen they rudely told us they will refund us after a week .wich wont work for me the reason i bought the drawer was for my babys things to be kept on a tidy space . To cut the story short i will never ever recomend dial direct to anyone . Who ever that will be signing with dial direct prepare your self for non stop heart break nd disappointments WORST COMPANY I EVER CAME ACROSS
I matlali with id no 6605150471084 took a cover with dial direct to insure my house ,i was paying a premium of R477.28 for a cover estimated to R800 000. 30september 2021 there was a very bad storm that attacked our town qwaqwa in the free state .that storm damaged our house .our house is a 10 roomed morden house and water damaged the roof and all tge rooms of the house we had peace of mind knowing we covered our house nd we will be able to fix the damages .but to our surprise wen we called to make a claim ok dey sent an inspector to come inspect the house shockingly the inspector made a report that only one room was damaged,which is not true . Then they made the 1st pay out of R4100 which they said its for the one room that is damaged out of 10 rooms then we called and made a query they made the second payment of R 4300 which they said was to fix the hole roof of the house and the remaining damages of the house .mind u our house roofing is a tile with 8valleys ,then we called again to find out how are we supposed to fix the house with the amount they sent ,they then transfered us to the finance manager arusher iv never met and spoke to a rude person like her that she is very rude told us were to get off and she doesn't care if we dispute and cancel the cover the pay out they made was enough for the house . After all the premiums we payd we made sure we never missed a payment worse i the person who took the cover im not working my kids make sure they send me money so i dnt miss the payment . So if now we have a problem and need help they have the quards to tell us they dont care we can cancel the cover its painfull .im really heartbroken that after all the troubles i went though i have to fix my house my self . Im not happy with travelstart . My name is mita tlali I was sapposed to go to cape twn on october but i already bought de flight ticket around may now i cant go any more because im pregnant and because of covid i dnt feel safe traveling. so i called de agency to cancel but they are taking all de R1600 something saying its flight damages which i feel its rediculous so i tryed to call travel ombudsman but with no luck. I evn tryed to make name change but still they want R1200 ontop of the amount i bought the tickets with. So i feel they are unfair nd robbing me

Goodday sonchris transport is not a good company. Last week 15 april 2019 the driver of a white toyota quantum reg hzw 067 mp hit my car whilst i was waiting on the stop sign de police came and AR was done. The driver of the quantum ndivhuho ronald mukwevo id ********** 083088 admited on hitting me then gave me his bosses number so i can call and tell him wat had happend, i spoke with the boss once as he told me he is at a meeting in johannesburg and said he will come back to me he never did. So i need them to be exposed that they will distroy other peoples property and get away with it. I am so hurt because it was not my fault but because m just an ordinary person ther is nothing i can do.
