I disgusted with the service of your kenilworth branch. I saw online game has a special, a ryobi angle grinder for R299. I check the website then called the number that was provided on the website to confirm if Kenilworth Centre has stock. The lady confirmed kenilworth has in stock, I asked her to please double check as I am going to drive there especially. Again she confirmed they have in stock. I then drive there only to be told by store assistant Graham they have no stock. I asked why I was told there was stock he said he doesn’t know. I then showed him that there are stock on the floor bundled with a welder, he then told me no I must buy the whole bundle, I asked to speak to a manager. The store manager Jayce Pillay came he was absolutely disgusting, arrogant, extremely disrespectful and rude. I explained what had happened he told me the call centre has nothing to do with him they are not a part of the store. He advised the call centre doesn’t represent the store the one has nothing to do with the other its completely separate. I explained to him it’s the number provided on the site he refuse to accept and says it’s not the store number. The store has a 021 number. He will not help me I must go somewhere else as the store is about to close. I then explained to him that he extremely rude and disrespectful and should not be treating customers this way. At no point did anyone apologize. At no point did anyone try to assist me. He then told me to leave and complain if I want to. This is the type of service and people that game kenilworth employ. You will never see me there again. Also I emailed the manager Danie last week and he didn’t even bother responding. Pathetic!
This place is horrific. I have lodge a complaint with DBE and WCED I am also lodging a complaint of child abuse. These people should not be allowed near children. They are never minded, vindictive, abusive, manipulative and dangerous. This place needs to be closed down. The manager Claudette is a disgusting, rude, ill-mannered, unprofessional woman. She is disgrace. I am definitely reporting her, she shouldn’t be allowed to teach children. The owner Sunkiree is a sorry excuse for a human being. She has absolutely no idea of how to run a school. I am also reporting her to the CCMA. These people are dangerous and have been getting away this for far too long.

You lie and cheat people out of their money. The service is **********. None of the staff knows how to deal with customers. My case was escalated to a manager but doesn’t mean anything because nobody knows why they are doing. It seems the entire company is made up of dishonest people who treats their customers like low life ******. I have requested recordings of conversations and everyone says “yes all our calls are recorded we can send you copy” I’m still waiting. We were advised when you do claim it takes 2days, it’s now two weeks later and still no payment out. I’ve made numerous calls and no luck. I’ve even tried to cancel and was unsuccessful. I am going to reverse my payment when it goes off. Never in my life have I been so disrespected and abused. You will hearing from my lawyer.

Never in my life have I dealt with this level of incompetence. Llewellyn Goldman, Justin Le Roux, Kedibone Pitsi, Standard Bank Kenilworth Centre. It seems Standard Bank don’t actually want SME clients. Their services is absolutely **********. This is officially the worst bank ever. I will never recommend them. You can’t get any service and you can’t cancel either. Please stay away for this branch and this bank. It is a nightmare.
Youngman Roofing Plantation Road. I got here there no clear indication as where to go. I entered a room that states sales but the door was closed. I entered there is guy sitting to me right who doesn’t greet, who doesn’t acknowledge, another elderly man was busy with someone and there is another lady sitting there no one acknowledges me. There is 3 people sitting at desks only one has a customer the other two just ignores me. I then asked where do I go if I need a quote she tells me to sit and wait not very friendly. Not a good experience, doubt I will go back.
I’m at takealot now, 10:21 6 November 2023 The one in plantation road, there is a coloured guy light of complexion his name is Matthew that the worst customer service ever, he doesn’t greet, I greeted him 3 times and still doesn’t greet back. I asked if he doesn’t greet he tells have a seat. Wow!!! I don’t want to come back here if this guy works here.
Telkom Direct Kenilworth Centre This store is ridiculous. I came for a sim swop on my business account. I get to the store the girl ask me what I want I tell her simswop she says I need ID and proof of address. I tell her I don’t understand why. Why would I have a proof of address for the business. Also why does my drivers license not work as you guys have biometric scanners. She then has a conversation with the other girl while I’m standing there after 5mins she tells me to go inside. I get to the counter the guy asks what I’m doing I tell him the same thing. He tells me he needs my ID and proof of address. I ask why he tells me he has to scan it. I asked why do you have biometric scanners. They refused to help me and I left. This is precisely the reason we canceled all our unlimited contracts with Telkom. We have 15 x 200gig LTe contracts which we will also cancel. Telkom service is pathetic no urgency not even trying to help. There is not a single person in the store. I will never go back there and I will cancel everything.
I called RCS on this number (0861) 727-729 to cancel my edgars account. I spoke to a girl called Melissa. Omw!!! She is horrible. Rude, disrespectful. She doesn’t even listen to me doesn’t allow me to speak and put the phone down in my ear. This girl doesn’t deserve to have a job that requires her to work with people. I will never ever recommend RCS to anyone and I will log a hello Peter everyday until I get a response. This is disgusting. She is not doing me a favor. She gives me attitude because she doesn’t know how to do her job.
This is ridiculous!!!! Maybe just maybe the person taking the orders at the drive through should not be handling the cash!!!! My order is always wrong I never get what I ordered. The staff cannot multi task. Have one person focus on taking the order and the other take the cash!!! Simple !!!
