Shocking customer experience, we have paid for a system from Eagleview, Lucas Leputu have been giving us the run around for 5 days now, No show the first two days, rocks up late on the 3rd day to do the installation without a ladder, or a drill, planning is poor and product is incomplete , the tagging system froze up, he promised to be back the next day at 9:00 o’clock, its already after 15:00 on the 4th day, no gear no phone call no explanation no show at all ,incomplete installation, he sends a driver to bring back the same defective product he took with him to exchange , Day 7 we have managed to return the defective stock and get the new product, however the cabling he supp**** is inferior and can not perform as expected, Be very careful when you buy from Eagleview Edenvale and stay far away from Lucas, he is single handedly the most unprofessional useless individual I have dealt with in my business career, This dude is nowhere and no amount of training will save him, Shocking that this person deals with clients!!
It is really sad to say that some individuals at Medicross Kempton like the support staff lady Doreen at reception is absolutely useless in my opinion when it comes to sorting out wrongful billing, the worst hard ass attitude and nothing is her fault!! Everyone else did it but she was working with it!!, Strange? I have requested at every visit that I will pay for the procedure myself in simple English, Even after I have paid, someone there that clearly does not exist anymore pushed the claims through to medical aid as well, it is such a headache to try and get that money reversed from Medicross, even after numerous attempts so many phone calls we are still waiting for a proper settlement amount so that I can pay as requested!!! Come on guys its not that hard, Every call ends with excuses, Its really sad that they have managed to push the buttons in such a bad way I want to go mal! I have lost my good temper with her, Useless!! needles to say a bad customer experience for me, the Dentist DR L ZAAYMAN is fantastic very professional, Thank you, However now we sit with a mess that was created by the lady Doreen!! I am lost for words, You have a specific project assignment and you cant even get that right!!
Funny how they keep on taking my money and the domain never worked, I have paid and I have asked so many times for assistance over the last 4 years, No one comes back, I even tried to disable this,

Now you remove it again and give me a warning, My company advertise tactical organisers for storage of tactical gear, where on earth does it violate the rules, yet other people can set dogs on fire, other people fire and advertise weapons all over and my video of tactical gear gets blocked and removed! Wake up!!!, My Company agreed to Bann TikTok completely due to your messed up algorithm and inconsistencies. We post exactly the same on 5 other social media platforms and no one else blocked us, you deserve a minus 7, I will post this on all the other social media platforms with photos of your apology just to remove it again ! Hello Everyone, Think twice before you take your car to car care clinic Alberton, just a heads up check everything before you leave!! Everything!!, CX experience is important to me and its worth a lot, and mine was not so satisfying. The staff is friendly, however this was my experience. The dude taking the care for a test drive went to buy bananas in my car, Not sure how you test drive a car with bananas! then, he starts eating it in my car, I don't even eat in my car, I find it a bit disrespectful, How do I know that? I have full driver behavior management system in my car with a dual camera in cab and on the road, he sits with his dirty clothes on the interior and did not bother to clean it, or the creasy steering wheel and arm rest, So When I got my car back, at home I realized they have damaged my covers on the wheel arches, Front Left & Front Right, they went through it in stead of removing it, and some aircon valve clips are missing, I phoned to inform them and I have sent an email with the photos to confirm this, I received one call, telling me they will look into this, I really hope this was a honest mistake, however, They cant find it at the workshop, so if parts are missing after a service and no can find it, it was removed with intent!!

Takealot !!You should be ashamed of yourselves, I've ordered and paid for a product at R 1299 and there was 11 units in stock, Now 3 days down the line after they told me the item will be ready for pick up today, They cancel my order with the excuse and I quote, ''We're sorry to let you know that we no longer have stock of the below item(s) in your order. We were unable to source the item(s) from our suppliers and have unfortunately had to cancel the item(s) from your order''' This is absolute ******* they have increased the price now to R 1499 and they have stock, You are *****, If you don't have stock then why are you selling the same item now for R 1499 and stock is available.
Pathetic service, we are off twice per day, again from just after 5 o clock on the 2nd of August, and they blame someone else for the connection failures, let’s see what they say, I manage tracking units and substations tamper alerts every time we go down with no internet I’m blind and cannot see when they tamper, you guys have no clue how serious this is, I will invoice you for every hour I’m loosing business, watch me!
Pathetic service, We have connection failures several times per day in Edenvale then we cannot work from home,! Their excuse is no it’s Afrihost, and their excuse is it’s Tt connect, they say the 50meg line not available anymore after we have had it for more than a year, without notice bumping it up to 70 so we pay more for inferior service, I will start invoicing them for every hour I cannot work,!
Good day, I have sent several emails and documents last month to update my residential information, your service regarding this matter is atrocious, how long will it take to update my information, we are way past 7 days, in the app and in the feedback it says this will take up to 7 days we are way past that, useless
