Uber eats SA sent me a deaf driver who went across the street to “deliver my order” I went downstairs as I saw on the App that Fortune Stoan was to be deaf and so even though the eta on the app was 6:31 I went to wait for him at 6:28 to avoid having to call him considering his profile. I stood there till 745. A scooter did show up and went across the street from where I was next thing I know my order is said to be delivered. What I am wondering is what “pin” was used by Fortune Stoan to make the delivery as I had my own pin. I called KFC Kempton Park CBD and they said they were going to try to call him which I had been doing and well not surprising that his phone was on voicemail. I have interacted with people who are hearing impaired and the 1 thing they did not take were phone calls. Imagine now me having to call a deaf person for my order when they were clearly not even trying to get it to me!!!!
Jet Sotres in Kokstad is charging more tham the price tag on the product. I bought tekkies for my daughter priced at R149.99 but was billed R159.99,I realized this only when I got home and since I will not be able to go back to the store till about next weekend or so I called to enquire with them because my daughter is definitely going to want to wear the tekkies today and tomorrow at school. I explained this to the person I was speaking with and she flat iut ignored me by leaving the phone on 😡. I know it’s not a lot of money but same practice on 5 more people then it becomes lunch money for someone. What exactly is their purpose for doing such?
Jet Stores in Kokstad is falsely advertising its goods. I bought takkies for my daughter that were priced at R149.99, I was billed R159.99 and only saw when I got home and was looking at the receipt. I tried to call them to eenquire why I was billed more because in all honeI cannot go to their shop today or tomorrow or anytime soon. I explained this to the lady I was on the phone with and she just dropped the call on me!!! Haibo What are they going to do with the excess, pocket, maybe?
MTN Kokstad branch INCOPETENT AT BEST. 1. You go to their offices and only get serviced hours later. 2. I do not think they understand what they are selling. You get a contract for one amount and when the statement comes you are billed more than twice what their consultant had said you would be getting billed. When enquirying they put you on hold on the phone, talk about how you are still on the phone in the background and then when they do come to the phone they tell you they have been calling a " data Sim only deal" to get to you.... HOW!???? I nxa!!!! What's worse is I will be be paying R600 more than their consultant advised on beginning October. Rhaaa
City Liner bus that was supposed to leave Joburg at 4:30 pm on 15 December 2022 arrived late and only left Park at 7:30. Through all the waiting there was no explanation whatsoever. When we did finally depart the rude and crude drivers saw it fit to stop anywhere to maybe pee or smoke, who knows. When it did not arrive at my destination on the time said onmy ticket and I had to make changes to my arranged plans I explained to one of the drivers and he was ok with everything. When it was time to get off they were rude and started making comments of how I was now inconveniencing them... How!!!! It was not my fault they arrive they arrived late. If anything I am the one who was incoveniend.... NXA!!!! YOU'D SWEAR THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOUR WHEN I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THEIR MEDIOCRE SERVICE RHAAAAAA!!!!
Scamming people off their money in the name of part time job. Numbers by a person who calls herself Annie 0651028034, 0733684030, 0848027493 claim to be working in the HR department and so are looking for part-time workers to match orders online. They ask for a fee in order for tasks to be completed!!!!
MBD KEEPS CALLING ME ON BEHALF OF CELL C FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS PAID OFF AND CLOSED. THEY KEEP HARRASSING ME YET THEY CANNOT EVEN EXPLAIN HOW I STILL OWE WHEN I EVEN GOT A PAID UP LETTER
Cell C sends MBD to call me on regarding a closed and paid up contract. I contacted Cell C and everyone I spoke with keeps telling me " according to what I see on the system, you do not owe Cell C anything" I then ask for assistance regarding MBD because they always call and say it is on behalf of Cell C. Cell C tells me my query is not Cell C related!! Njani??? NXA!!!! ANDIDIKWE8
I am so tired of Cell C sending MBD to call me on a number that was never even on Cell C. They keep saying I owe them yet last month I was sent a paid up letter because whenever I ask Cell C what do I owe them for they tell me I do not owe them anything. What I do not understand now is why MBD keeps calling on behalf of them. What is even worse the number they keep call was never under Cell C. I am really out of ideas now. The phone calls are now borderline harassment! I am due for an update and I am moving as far away from Cell C as possible. I will take their number with me cos I have had just about enough!!!
I took my car in for a service at Hyundai Secoce centre at a place called Dorning Motors. When they brought the car back from service I realised that they had cracked the windscreen. I brought tjat to their attention and apparently no one at the service center owned up to the fault and fortunately for me I had not driven out after the service. They assured me that they were going to replace the windscreen and investigate the matter on their side. The guy I spoke with assured me that I could go get a qoute and they would pay which I did. I called them asking for a letter by them admitting fault and confirming that they would replace the windscreen. After sending me from pillar to post someone took my email address with word that it would be emailed to me. That was not done. I later got a call that Monday, 14 December that I should bring the car Friday, December 18 2020 I told the guy that I had plans amd could not afford to be going back amd forth and the response I got was thay there os nothing he can do. I am now at Hyundai amd had to halt whatever plan I had and I am being told the windscreen is not here. They furthermore told me that they only said Friday npt what time Friday. This obviously means O could possibly be here the whole day. What is frustrating is that I am not the one at fault. I did everything right and respected these people amd their business yet today I am the one at an inconvenience because of their incompetence. I genuinely regret buying a car from hyundai as I have never received any goof service anywhere from them.
