reported a faulty unit 4 days ago and no call or assistance to have unit checked.
Worst service ever. Called for a fanbelt only to be told on arrival that its not available and having their employee Berry shout at us. Reported to principal of the dealership and nothing was done.
Worst service ever. I'm pretty sure their vehicle recovery rate is 0%. They keep u holding the line for 4 min before they escalate ur issue for investigation. I'm sure by the tym they start tracking ur car thieves will b long gone with ur car. Not happy at all with their service
3 days without electricity and eskom couldn't be bothered and yet we pay so much on electricity but get tge worst service
Wow. So u pay for a parcel to be delivered in 3 days. 14 days later parcel still hasn't arrived.
I had the worst experience with takealot delivery and FedEx. This third party agent thing doesn't work out. Took a day off for my parcel to be delivered to me at my home address and yet I'm expected to drive to the middle of nowhere to get a card as they supposedly only deliver town to town. How is this not explained went they take ur address in the first place.
