Highly recommended💯💯💯
The Camelot Spa at the Seven Villa Hotel is AMAZING wow 💯💯💯 Tranquil, peaceful & serene 💆 My sister and I had some treatments, massages & a pedicure done. We were attended to by Lungi & Fiona. I highly recommend these 2, as they're professional, timely & are very skilled in what they do 🤩🤩🤩 My type A, stress bag self is much calmer & relaxed. My feet don't look like a dinosaur & my back of all my bending over is MUCH better 🥳🥳🥳 Massive thanks to Seven Villas, Camelot Spa, Lungi & Fiona for the fantastic service🥂🥂🥂 I highly recommend this place & these the******s...you won't regret it 💃💃💃

Rude supervisor
Encountered by far THE RUDEST most disrespectful attitude based service at the Astron garage in Ferndale by Surrey & Republic road this evening. We currently don't have water at home cause of the borehole not working. We've collected water from this garage for the past 2 days without a problem. But this evening a rude lady named Samge, treated us with rudeness, hostility & disrespect...making my mother and I feel like ********s when all we wanted to do is collect some water. Yet when the lots of us come to buy food & fill up our cars with petrol...we get treated nicely...now that there's a bit of problems we get treated badly. Samge is a rude, bottom feeder human who's making your establishment look bad! Thanks so much for treating us like dirt...you people won't ever see my money AGAIN

Sloppy service
I went to the Woolworths food store in Blairgowrie. It was my first time ever going there. Not only is the store layout not easy to navigate but there were only 2 cashiers at the counter. One who was taking her own sweet time with a guy making payments and another one...with a sour face & bad attitude. She was nice & friendly to the person before me ( and even after me too) but all I got from her was a sour unwelcoming face & a bad attitude. I simply wanted to pay for my energade but I was told my card was declining. Then she calls her manager to cancel the transaction, saying in her language, that my card is being declined cause I don't have money. A lady who doesn't know me for sh** wants to make assumptions about me despite me having 4 jobs. This behavior is unacceptable and it's creating a bad image for your company. Was left without help....standing like a fool only to storm out cause I was upset won't ever buy there again

Amazing store, extra mile service
Mcdonalds Lyndhurst is the best. Clean store, good wifi and friendly helpful staff. They went over and above to help my sister and I and our time spent there was just pleasant all round. Be sure to stop here...they do customer service the right way

Best local mall
Ferndale on republic is the best local mall ever. Cool shops, amazing staff and service overall. Everything you want and need this mall has. Well managed and organized. Feels like a home away from home.

Rude security guard
I was shopping at my local mall, Ferndale on Republic. I went to food *****s market to see if they had any smoothies (something I buy from them practically daily) Upon me seeing that they didnt have it...i walked around the store to see if there was anything else I could buy. I didnt see anything that i felt for so i left...upon me leaving, I was accosted by a rude woman security guard who searched me like im some common ********! That was a 1st for me especially being a regular shopper at the mall and Food *****s. This lady was incredibly rude and hostile and I retaliated as a result. I work 3 jobs and earn more than enough money not to *****....let alone from a place/shopping centre that i come to practically daily , even before it was Ferndale on republic. That security guard shouldnt work at your establishment....shes reducing it to some dingy shop in some rough area. If thats how I as a regular client must be treated....I am disinclined to shop at your store anymore if thats the calibre of people you let work there....absolutely disgusted.

Unauthorized order cancelation
I ordered 3 times via their website yesterday. The payment went through successfully. Today I was emailed and smsed saying that the items were ready for collection. Now this evening I receive an email telling me that my order has been canceled cause no payment has been received!!!! The R275 came off my bank account upon ordering!!!! Who canceled my order?! I want my money refunded....I usually always have good things to say about you guys but this is unacceptable

Rotten yogurt and rude cashier
I purchased a plain pick n pay branded yogurt today at the Rosebank (joburg ) branch and within 10 minutes of me purchasing it...I wanted to eat it. To my dismay, it was rotten and gross, despite the label saying it only expires on Wednesday the 15th!!!! On top of that I was given bad attitude not only by the workers in the aisles but also by the cashier that attended to me. She greeted everyone but me and gave me a sarcastic look. If you're not happy at your job, why don't you just resign with your sour face...you're making yourself & the company look bad. I'm happy with the Ferndale on republic branch though....and I think that's the only branch I'll go to from now on.

Horrible mall
This mall is horrible and clearly poorly managed. The toilets are broken, skew and no working. None of the taps work in the bathroom. The cleaning staff and security are rude with attitude problems. I wanted to sit by the food court to eat only to be chased away like dirt. The zone at Rosebank, the vibe and overall appeal is as broken as the toilets in your shopping center. The zone used to be a cool place that was in and fun...that explains why people prefer the mall at rosebank over you. The old management was better...you new ones clearly don't know what you're doing.
