USE ANOTHER BOOKING PLATFORM. I booked, I paid, I arrived at 61 on Wale and was told to cancel my booking as they had no place for me. The whole set up is a con. It is very difficult to get hold of Hostelworld to cancel. This gives tourism industry a bad name.
As a host they promise to pay but they never do. Beware hosts, Safari Now Corporate does a booking, they promise payment but it never arrives BEWARE.
STAY AWAY IN WINTER THE MALL IS COLDER THAN OUTSIDE BY FAR. In fact the mall was so cold I cut my shopping down and ran out. Everyone is freezing. I choose another Mall with Walmer welcoming climate control

Ishmael is all sweet words but no action. I have been on the live chat since 12.47 and it is now 15h10. Still no confirming resolution for two Khumo machines replacements which went down days of each other. I am grateful for the free replacement but frustrated by the SLOWNESS and SLACKNESS of service. I am thinking of dumping this lot. There seems to be no URGENCY.
I tried to cancel a contract once it had expired. One cud do this at tge branch but now one has to call a " retention centre". I got the manageress at Canal walk , Noleen to call for me as i knew what we where in for We tried 4 times. Every time we waited about 20 minutes for tge call to be answered. Once answered you kept waiting for long periods. Of tge 4 calls, 3 where simply cut off after speaking and giving an agent the reason for my call. It seems MTN tries everything in the book to delay your cancellation and keep you hostage. In.my dayvtge only way to retain a customer is good service, but not in Mtn case. A real bully tactic. I will end my contracts with them and leave after 20 years

Brilliant service again at Brights Table Bay Mall.
It seems Virgin Active Sunningdale is slipping into disrepair. Seems management are cutting corners. Last time i looked my monyhly fee has not been cut, just what Virgin Active supply. 1. The wifi has not worker for months. 2.Showers are cold. No hot water. 3. Shower heads missing. Virging Active, cut our nonthy fees in accordance to you cutting your services. Sad state of affairs. Looks like this gym is state run. Anyhow. For those who care.
