They got us to foolishly place an order for staff uniforms and have been avoiding us ever since we made payment. We will be opening a ***** case against them and hopefully get them arrested or atleast our money back. Please contact Opulencia Beauty Bar if you have been ****med by them aswell.
Their call centre called me and I asked the lady who is she looking for and she said “I’m looking for you, the owner of the phone”. How fkn rude. I should come there and smack that phone over her head. Don’t call me again, I never asked anyone from your company to call me
Please stop using DSV to deliver packages because I needed my clothes 2 days and now I’m being told I will only get it tomorrow. What use will it be to me TOMORROW??? I actually just feel like returning the clothes and getting my money back because this is terrible service. Use Courier Guy because they are amazing and ALWAYS on time!
This is the WORST courier service in South Africa. I was supposed to get my package on 2nd July. Today is the 4th I called the contact center and the guy tells me that he “contacted the branch and asked them to release my package” RELEASE MY PACKAGE?? I needed these things 2 days ago already. Now I will only get it tomorrow. I hope New Balance can stop using this company, they should use Courier Guy because they are amazing. Horrible horrible service from DSV
Leaving this review on behalf of my cousin who used their services to move from jhb to dbn. They picked up her stuff on Tuesday 31st Oct (they arrived very late) and 4 days later she still have not received her items. Imagine having to wait for 4 days for all of your important stuff that you need to live! That’s cruel and pathetic. My cousin made the mistake of doing a full payment as requested and now she’s having to run around calling everyone at this company to find out where her stuff is. Do not use their services, you’ve been warned.
Nobody wants to buy something that costs R2k and pay back R10k. Stop calling me everyday, especially when i’ve asked your agents to remove my number from your system MULTIPLE times!
If I could give them a Zero I would. As a business that’s been using Booksy for almost two years it hasn’t been easy. They don’t provide payouts on time, they are not transparent so you will never be able to see how much they collected and how much they paid out because for some reason the amounts never add up. Trying to contact them is the worst. Every single phone line, email address is offline all the time. It’s like the intentionally hire the worst of the worst because they are rude and unbothered. As I business I would never recommend anyone using Booksy. Trying to find an alternative because we cannot continue with these scammers.
I’ve wasted so much money trying to call their contact centre. When I finally got through to someone, they said that their technical department would call me but 2 days later and absolutely nothing. If you use this service provider then you need to know that help is almost impossible to get. You will struggle alone
I called yesterday regarding a refund because my graduation was cancelled. I was told to email someone who I assume works there. No response. I sent a second email, no response. I called and the lady tells me that the person is not at work and she doesn’t know when that person will be back at work. Seriously? I am not confident that I will receive this refund. Please avoid them if you can. I will be heading to social media because this is disgraceful.
I walked in to the branch at Dainfern with the intention of getting a pre workout. The sales assistant there tells me that I cannot pay with my card because those items are not on the system so I need to pay with cash. I didn’t have cash so I walked out empty handed. How is it possible that you put something on the shelve but a customer cannot buy it because they are not “loaded on the system” and how does cash only solve that problem?
