Bad service and no stock of promotion items
It is already a BIG effort from me to fill up at BP Beyers Naude due to poor service... Now they don't have any cars in stock... The promotion is running until August and they already out of stock. This fuel station service is really not what you expect from a huge company like BP!!

BAD SERVICE
I ordered a cartridge, not happy with the cartridge. Contact the company to arrange collection and they are rude!! I e-mailed the company to organise collection as well.

Specials!!
After shopping at Pick a Pay for 18 years (Specific store) I now have to realise that the specials is only for certain people. Popped in this morning to realise that I will only be able to buy Cappucino at 9:00 - 10:00 (working hours for most people) and 17:00 and 18:00 (travelling time due to work).... Sad and pathetic!!

I tried to change my surname and mail address with Woolworths.... What a nightmare!! I confirmed that my new card is at the store last week!! With the incorrect surname!!! Pathetic service!!!

Excellent services... I ordered on Monday... parcel delivered on Tuesday. Previously I did online purchase from Kroonstad. The Lady handed in my parcel on the afternoon of 28th July 2020 and I received my parcel at 8:15 the next morning in Jhb. From now on this is the way to go.... Thank you so much for excellent services!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Thank you for going the extra mile yesterday afternoon after my bad experience at LEROY MERLIN. Cecilia at the electrical appliances really put in effort to ensure that I am sorted. I recommend this store for excellent service! Well done Cecilia!!
