DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.EVEN IF THE APOCALYPSE IS UPON US.ORDERED THE MEATY GRILL AND HAD TO WAIT HALF THE DAY FOR IT.MY KIDS WERE DONE WITH THEIR FOOD WHILE I WAS STILL WAITING...VERY POOR SERVICE.THEN THE WHOLE TIME THEY ARE SAYING THEY SORRY FOR WHAT?LIKE I SAID DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR TIME BEING WASTED AND GETTING NO SERVICE AT ALL..SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT
This got to be the worst place to buy spares.so i went in the morning to buy spark plug cables.they gave me the wrong set which i returned immediately and i was told they will order and it will b ready by 10h30.it is now 13h30 and im waiting here for assistance but the knob, andre that helped me is on lunch and no 1 else can assist me...last time im buying at this place.very unprofessional and no client service at all
Adidas Kenilworth needs to send their staff for proper training.i exchanged something i bought online at their shops but when i got home the security tag was still on the product.i know everyone makes mistakes but now when a store makes a mistake where i must spend more money to rectify that mistake it does not sit well with me.worse part is my daughter needed to wear the product tonight for her concert at school and now this nonsense which means she now has to look different from her classmates!!!
So today was mother's day and i ordered from kfc.waited an hour for delivery only to be told the order was cancelled because i did not receive the order but i was waiting for it outaide and nothing came like they are claiming.apparantly the driver send me a msg but there was no message.so after phoning mr D the money was credited back to me..here comes my favourite part where i ordered again and after waiting again for almost a hour i got a message saying that my order was delayed...i dont know if there was an earthquake i dont know about.so waited for almost 2hours and then when i open the order no condiments with the order and i indicated i wanted...on mother's day this is the type o service i recieved.very poor and unprofessional even though they are advertising on tv how good the are...gah
Where do i begin... A very intelligent young man went to study at UWC thanks to NSFAS.he completed the first 4 years to get his Bachelor's Degree all thanks to NSFAS.then he decided to do his Honours Degree but their was no NSFAS money.he finished the degree in 2021 and has been struggling to get work to pay off his student debt but he finally did it beginning of this year,2025.so now the graduation ceremonies took place or are still taking place at the moment and his took place yesterday...but he was not there cause according to uwc people he did not reply in time...BUT his Uwc email account or uwc group he was part of he was blocked because of the money he owed which was paid in the beginning of the year...how can you send a message to a blocked account and expect the person to reply but he dont have access to it.he only got access last week and the rsvp date was gone already...so now he must collect the degree at admin like a reciept you get at shoprite because of such poor *********** people sending invitations to blocked accounts...whoever is in charge of that project i hope and i pray you recieve all the good things coming your way because 5years of hard work you guys make it feel like nothing... imagine how that young man is feeling at the moment because he is not getting the same recognition like everybody else...SIES...
Sainsbury Sqaure need to up their game.i did shopping there last year and 1 of their conveyor belts at the till was not working...its a new year and its still the same problem... apparently there is more than 1 that is a problem...after packing half my shopping on it the cashier tells me its not working...i dont know who the manager is but clearly he is not doing his job cause if you not going to let it be fixed than just take it out

I bought a "new" air fryer yesterday only to find out when i got home the one in the box was used as a demo before.after contacting the store I was told its not their fault as they recieved the stock from a shop that closed somewhere.sorry sir was all i got after having to drive back from Paarl to Somerset West to exchange the product.when you buy at that place make sure to open your stuff but i for one will never again cause their attitude stinks!!
I bought a 5lt 4th street sweet red today.after driving home and wanting to drink a glass i discovered it was water inside.after returning it to the shop within an hour i was told that i was the one that put the water inside.this is where they get you.the bag with "wine" inside the box have a tap to pour but its on the opposite side where its supposed to come out.obviously you will open the top thinking its a fabric fault only to discover whats really inside.also the workers at that place is really RUDE especially after explaining to them what happened.tried to get the managers number but no luck.DONT BUY AT THAT SHOP
Topeka Spur in Kenilworth Centre might as well be closed down cause the service sucks big time ..so i arrived for a BOOKED breakfast 10 mins after my colleagues.when i entered i told the waitress to bring me a menu as i will be joining my colleagues.after waiting 15mins for it i asked another waiter for one.i recieved one this time but that was it.no one in that place came to take my order and after 20 minutes l decided to get up and spend my money somewhere else cause the manager and her staff is clearly clueless when it come to customer service.wanted to give this review minus5 stars but i could not.
