HYDROCHLOROUS ACID!!!! Since my son was born July 2022 he from the womb has been suffering from chronic eczema. We had countless doctors visits every week a new product. It would help for a week then we are back at Square one! Endless nights of crying scratching open words on his skin and BLEEDING!!. WITH THE PURPLE NOVEMBER SALE I said I'm going to try this I have nothing to loose. AND MENA! THANK YOU! with tears in my eyes my sons skin looks brand new! We sleep better and so does he. No outbreaks No more crying And a good night's rest. This is definitely the best product on the market.
I have been assisted by different consultants and so far so good. They have called me back when promised and also trying to help as much as they can.
Good day By now my name has been around. Ref: 28-11-772 I have been struggling with this company for more than two weeks with a complaint. If it's not the consultants giving me the wrong number, wrong information,it's not calling back me as a customer!. I work in a Contact centre myself and I must say that if this is how I was to treat my customers there would be major consequences to that. After many failed attempts, FINALLY I GOT THE PICTURE OF THE PRODUCT TO THE CONTACT CENTRE. It is promised that within 72 hours we will get in contact with you. It passes NOTHING!. I eventually call back and ask what's happening then I'm told no I have to hold on as they need to find out from another consultant I spoke what did she put on the system, I hold asking to be called back if the line drops, They don't. Calls back again the same day speaks to another consultant and she says no they have will be sending an email right after this call with correspondence. I wait AGAIN nothing. I call back the next day and speak to a lady, she says no she has to ask the lady I spoke to the previous day and find out what email was to be sent again I asked to be called back AGAIN NOTHING. CALL DROPS I call back again and was told that no they have sent an email on the 20th already, I check my emails and to my surprise nothing. She says she will call me back and I have to check for the email. This lady calls back ( round of applause) and says that have sent it. Okay I check my email and a lousy apology letter! No explanation as to WHY only this letter would be sent. I call back and asked why this has been sent and why am I not being compensated, just for her to say that that Is process and that we are not able to replace or compensate for this. So in the beging taking down my complain, asking me for the pictures of the product WHY WAS I NOT CREATED AN EXPECTATION AS TO WHAT TO EXPECT THEN BY ALL MEANS THIS APOLOGY LETTER WOULD HAVE MADE SENSE. BUT JUST TO SAY OH WELL NOTHING WE CAN DO! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND PATHETIC COMING FROM AUCH A HUGE AND 'TRUSTED' BRAND. I AM DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED.
Good day It's with utter disappointment that's I am writing this email to you. When you think about Simba it always comes with great reviews and it's a trusted and favourite brand when it's comes to my household and friends. But lately if the chips are not burnt it's rock hard!!! This is the second time I bought the big bag of nik naks for my kids lunch boxes THAT WERE OLD!!! BEAR IN MIND THESE ARE MY KIDS FAVOURITE SNACK!!! TO SAY THAT I AN SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT AND LEVEL OF QUALITY THAY COMES FROM SIMBA THESE DAYS ARE BEYOND ME!!!. I will never again purchase any Simba product and everyone I encounter I will advise not to purchase I promise you. This is disgusting. Please check your productivity and level of quality before time so that us WORKING CLASS parents does not have to waste our hard earned money . Wasted my money and had to get rid of the bag. DO BETTER!!!!
Good day I'm writing this email with so much disappointment it is not even funny. Never had it crossed my mind that i would have to protect my children and my family from a ******. Never !!! not in today's age. So on sunday my daughter loves aeroplanes and decided to taker her to Cape Towns International Airports Spur. We got there at 13:00 we got asked to order drinks at 13:30! at this time i was keeping the kids occupied. A hour goes buy and my husband calls someone to say that we ready to order food! our food comes after 45 min and was cold and soggy. We stayed a bit this big white family walks in and all the waiters runs over their feet to get this people seated! order got taken before they could even dit down they even went to the extreme of walking after the lady walking and taking her order! my daughter then days she wants some water i had asked the waiter for glass of water...15 min later she comes out with the people that walked in after us and my daughter said but she asked for water first. There was a coloured couple opposite us too and waited 1 hour to be served!!!! Is this spur reserved for whites only !? Or do they take preference ? DISGUSTED To say the least!

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY/ BRAND... .WHY IS MY MONEY GOOD ENOUGH BUT WHEN YOUR PRODUCT BREAKS YOU GUYS ARE BACKING OUT TO FIX THE ISSUE? WOW!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE IS A UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Myself and I husband bought a fridge and a twintub washing machine from the store and paid cash for it. We were told before we bought it that we have 2 year guarantee on both with the store and the supply which is DEFY if anything should happen we covered and we made sure of it. From getting our appliances the very FIRST time I used it the spinner had a burn smell from the spinner... I contacted the store the se day and they had advised that they will be sending out a tech the same day. WE STILL WAITING. the spinner eventually starts working again second time does the same we call again mind you we recorded all the phone call with the RUSSELLS Athlone BRANCH and again advised that they will contact DEFY and let us know. Please keep in mind I have kids and washing needs too be done but now because they are not willing to assist me I have to go to a laundry Matt to do washing which is very pricey and I don't see the need as I have a machine I paid for. I had enough and went to the store last week Saturday I speak to the manager who begs me to give him a chance till Monday as he will have a answer for me. I do! He promises a call back. Monday comes I end up calling him. He says that DEFY changed there policy on returns and we are out of it. Obviously I don't angry with this and he says that he is going to speak to his regional manager and get back to me. He does and says that the regional manager says that she can only pay half of the fix and we the rest Excuse me???!!! So I have to pay to get my machine fixed while in garentee?. Apparently they don't know when DEFY changed policy and all this... She also asked me to give her grace and let me know Tuesday I do that but yet again no phone call!!! I end up calling again and this time I Wana speak to the Regional manager who is at sleep masters in Mitchell's plain promonate. I call and she gives me the details that she is looking around and give her time and she will call back.I do Next day still no call back. I call again but this time to sleepmastera because the regional is there. This lady with no apologies nothing says that she will find out from DEFY if they can help!!! I'm beyond myself with this service from such huge companies!!! RUSSELLS HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TILL YOU FIX MY MACHINE? WHEN THW GARENTEE IS DONE? THEN WHAT? I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU NO STARS!!! BECAUSE WOW!!!
Vodacom supposed to be the leading cellular brand or network but do I have news for you. So I live in the Athlone areas and we got our fibre late in the area. Many companies came to our door and pitched to us and we were waiting for the 'Best Company' to come around then we can make a final decision, to our surprise Vodacom came around to our door and gave us this great pitch saying that the first month is Absolutely free to us and will not get billed to add onto that we were told it was a month to month and not a contract and that can cancel at any time just to give them s call... Little did we know that LIES WERE SOLD TO US FROM VODACOM FIBRE I got my bill and it was over R2000!!!! Called in to the call centre to raise a complaint or to find out what was happening. Only to be told by a manger that there is no use of opening up a complaint we used the fibre we have to pay this amount... I am so disappointed and disgusted and always put Vodacom on the highest white rock but surly we made the biggest mistake with the **** company that sell LIES TO GET CUSTOMERS TO JOIN.... PLEASE DO NOT JOIN VODACOM RUN!!! THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Mobile store, I ordered a 20 gigg day time and 20 gigg night time package with them @ R145 per month as advertised however when i recieved my router I only revieved 7gigs anytime for which i was still billed R145 for the month, which I don't want and which was not promised and not what i signed up for. I have tried calling them many times but i cannot get hold of them VIA phone nor Email. I find this Unacceptable and unprofessional. I need my package sortes ASAP
