No point for Lush ( -20 - Disappointment to Lush "electoral award for cheap marketing" ) - Lush Cresta - Lush informed the public that they would be a free gift for people that vote for 2024 . When i got there NADA . They institute is about con marketing. Do not make promises what you cannot deliver. Look at Wimpy and learn from them ( they give out coffee in the tons of liters ). They made a promises to give coffee to the public for those that voted. Lush delivered a lame sign "Oops all give ": This is disappointing action in the sprit of the election " I declare LUSH (" LOL NONE delivery of SERVICE"
Wow to Wimpy. I can talk about Wimpy Emmarentia and Cresta. Election day was a huge event in our country . Wimpy was generous to give people coffee who voted. I salute the institute., Although the ques were long as the demand for coffee were high, they showed the sprit of servicing the rainbow nation. A special vote to Wimpy. The South African people and CEO should thank the staff for there good sprit and positive attitude

To single out a person is rather unfair. To get the bus moving efficiently all moving parts needs to work in sync . If one-part breaks " it’s a break down " This is what the team did with regards to my repair job. The service and MTTR was excellent . I checked the item in on Thursday 09 May 2024 and received feedback to come and collect today 2024/05/13 . Each person in the team has their unique strength. The strength was remarkable to deliver a service.
Zero rating for Sandton Brows. The staff does not know how to do ladies eye brows " incompetent not skilled OUCH" . My daughter went on Saturday to do her eyebrows . What a mess. They hurt her and made mess on her eye brows . Thinking that this is in a upmarket stores that should have trained staff "OOOO rather disappointment" Ladies CAUTION when using there services

I had a account enquire from Lancert account not paid by my medical aid . Lancert account call center does not have a clue what they are doing nor do they understand the process and the law . The wasted my time and my Medical aid time . I submitted proof of payment on numerous occasions . Lancert call center advise that the back office will investigate and get back to me . A week later I get a call center agent call me "yet again" for proof of payment and payment . I go through rara rara ra ra . The Popi act is clear for security reason - It states that the Service provide need to request this information from medical remittance advise on payment , as this deemed confidential . Lacert account need to avoid accounts frustration enquiries when account are paid
To Momentum Date 2021/03/03 Customer Service - Promise Sadiki I dealt with Promise on numerous occasions during my accident in February . When you are involved in an accident on the first day of your holiday because of a person doing an illegal action on the N3 highway it's frustrating and demoralising. I was with my family when the accident occurred . My vehicle was written off . What a traumatic incident. Promise ensure she was with me all the way ( End to End during the escapade ) to provide support and assistance • She help with the Avis car rental • She provided regular feedback on all matters concerning the accident • She help with the retrieval for my personal belongings • She helped with the additional charges ( one way fee) that I was billed by Avis for car rental • She ensure my settlement payment for the vehicle was manage and paid • Etc ………………….. When you have support from the right people it creates a level of calm and peace. Promise Sadiki provide good customer service.
