Went there to have dinner ,explained to the waiter that I was starving I need like proper meal she took my order and must include rice as a side ,she returned after few minutes stating that there was no rice and had to take something else as a side ,from there I sensed that it was not gonna be a good night for me. When the food was served all yummy and juicy as I was about to finish my meal I found a long piece of pot scoure steel in the food I requested a waiter quietly to just check what I found,he took the plate to the management and we were told sorry it's a mistake ,for me it was a very serious health hazard that could cause loss of life and may affect the alimentary canal. The manager came over as I made sure we were civil about the matter but I was offered vannila ice cream or cuppacino which to me was very disrespectful not to adress the matter at hand ,she offered to put in another meal as curtesy ,was requested to pay the full amount R465 and took take away, when I arrived at home the very same piece of chicken containing the steel was the same one the put in the takeaway, basically nothing was done to resolve this matter I'm very disappointed by this outcome and unfairness. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
Poorest service ever, we bought a 9kg defy washing machine from OK furniture Witbank on Sunday the 18th of September we were advised it's out of stock we will get delivey on Monday the 19th no one called us on an update I had to buy airtime and do a follow up on the product I had already paid in cash for, they advised there was no transport I understood, following day Tuesday still no one called I had to do a follow up again and since they said they will call me back.
Good day my girlfrnd lost her phone in a ubber ride when she called her phone it was off right after few minutes ,she lodged a complaint u guys kept quiet no response at all,
I placed an order via the ubber eats app under nandos on the 6/05/2020 the guy who was supposed to deliver didnt communicate at all i sent him a text informing him on what to do when he arrives ,the app stated he drives an accent yet the security guards say he came with a motor bike his name and surname is Bekezela Ncube ,he then went back with the food because the app said his a minute away ,i had to reorder and my R40 off wasnt included ,im really dissapointed in ubber eats i trusted them eiii
This is way over rated i have a RCS credit card which the limit is R3000 and now i check my credit score it indicates i have a new RCS account that has a credit of R27756.00. and an opening balance of R40000 ,this is impacting my score and besides thats a lot of money i dont have i want this solved dont tell me about 21days time is what im running out of
Good day i went into the store in may after getting my credit feedback,i went in and took a P30 lite it was R6000 ,i was told its compulsory i take the insurance if not then im not getting the device ,i agreed hence the lady said its only R12 then received a call after a week or 2 saying my payment will be R405 but i rember it being R350 ,i thought maybe its a once off thing but now when looking at my statement its a monthly thing ,i love the service but id appreciate it if they be honest with us instead of chasing sales gambling with our money And i cant wait to go get another device for my wife please be honest this time
Good day today I went at boxer central park to get food for me, my daughter and my grandmother hence I haven't got paid I have fund on my RCS credit card ,as I went in and asked if I can take goods the cashier looked very disgusted by my presence ,she pointed a lady at the door saying I should ask there ,the lady I went to told me with an attitude because she was gossiping with her friend ,said they no longer do RCS credit purchase very disappointed
