Good day, I regularly use the 60 service to deliver my goods from Shoprite Atlantis, and with my last order , I received a message that my order increased and I owe a R12. I was willing to take an item of my list but the sale went through and I didn't think much of it at the time. My problem is this, I don't have any money in my account and the app keep on attempting to deduct money from my empty account and my bank cost is accumulating and increasing by the day. I don't think this is fair because like I said I would've left a product if I have the option to do so to ensure that I don't owe Shoprite but it wasn't given to me. And secondly, when your account is over due to a refund or something the money gets put into your wallet on the account,so why can't you do the same for money owed due to transactions you approve because how I'm I suppose to know after the transaction my total would be more. I'm unhappy because now my bank account is already over R50 in a minus for a R 12 I owe you that wasn't my choice to begin with. And what bugs me is the fact that when you owe them and refund to your bank account it takes up to 3 business day for the money to reflect but when you owe them they want their money immediately
Hi, I recently visited The village bicycle in Blaauwberg and I'm still in awe of the amazing gem hidden. First of all their staff looked young but so well trained and friendly, the view was amazing and the vibe was so peaceful and vibey but not too loud where everyone is screaming to have a decent conversation. Our waitress was the best! I don't know her name but she wore glasses with long black hair, she looks Indian/ Muslim but her service was top notch. She was so well informed about their menu, she was so polite and before we could asked for anything she already thought about it. I was amazed at how the youth that was working there are so professional and I think it's a great platform for them to develop and grow into confident adults. And the food! We had ribs and pizza. Everything tasted home-made, slow cooked and lost of effort was put into preparing every meal. I would highly recommend everyone to check them out;10/10👌
Last night I made a reservation at Blowfish for our anniversary. On arrival, we checked in and was ushered to our table. The manager then informed us that a waiter will be with us shortly and after about 10 minutes we looked around to get a waiter's attention to order drinks but no one was in the section that we were seated at. We waited a while longer but them got up and left. It's so funny that when we passed the waiters they all thanked us and wished us a good night further. It's funny cause that means no one acknowledged us coming in or that we're leaving so soon, it's like we were invisible. My husband informed the manager that we're leaving and he had a lousy excuse. We also sent them an email and the manager rep**** very unprofessional and poor grammar. My husband just wanted to do something nice for us and he was so proud that he made a reservation to impress me and it failed.
Good day, I received a letter from Debt Busters SA. A white and green envelope that's very eye catching, displaying my full name and surname. I was highly irritated and feel that they invaded my privacy to use my full name and communicate to them that's it's against the POPPI act and I want my details removed from their system ASAP. What upset me the most is the fact that my fiancé colleague's wife work at the post office where the letter was coming from and I just feel my business is personal. While they just ****ed up my reputation and got people talking **** about me and it's not even friends but aquintances. This people should not run a business if they don't have common sense or know the law in SA.
I wanted to take my child for a movie today as I already postponed and didn't wanted to dissapoint him again. I went on Ster Kinekors website to check the time and prices , I even took cash with in case the card machine doesn't work and we were set to go. When we arrived at the cinema,I discovered they now use self service. I explained to the assistant that I wasn't aware that they no longer accept cash and no where on their website they mention that. I proceeded to ask her if there's any way she can assist me as I'm now desperate because boy started crying. She told me no but I can look for someone in the mall that can pay so long then I can exchange the cash. I understand that she only do her job but had they advertised somewhere that they no longer accept cash I would've known.
Hi, I made a withdrawal via Absa cash send on the Hollywoodbets app on the 18th November and it's still pending for approval. I try to reach their customer care via the chat option but whenever I reach number 1 my connection gets cut then I have to start over. I've emailed them and received an error message that my email was blocked. I don't mind waiting but they say to let them know after 48 hours it's 72 hours with no response. This is bad customer service and I'm not happy.
Good day, my fiancé bought the wacky Wednesday special today at Steers Melkbos. I'm not impressed at all, the buns was very hard almost like it was toasted. Why don't you have wacky Monday when the buns was still a little fresh. The burger was soaked in sauce and almost 100% sure the buns was molded and the sauce is the cover up. Please Steers you play with peoples health, check the quality of your food. This is unacceptable!
My fiancé just brought 2 triple decker pizzas and it was terrible. We ordered the meaty pizza and that is not what we got. The bottom layer was a medium base and the larger on top. The bottom layer was filled with very little mushroom and little white sauce. The middle was filled with very little mince only on the edge and onions.. We have complained and they exchanged the pizzas but even the second time the pizzas were the same. Please don't support them
My finace and myself booked a room at Blaauwberg beach hotel for my 30th birthday on 22/05/2021. On arrival the reception staff was so polite and professional the problem started when we ordered room service. We had to phone 3 times at no avail the 4th time we got hold of the staff at the restaurant to order. We ordered their ham and cheese sandwich, the consultant, Justin, did not ask if I preferred homemade fries or salad and when our food arrived it was 2 slices of bread cut in 4 with the whole plate full of dried out fries; I don't think anyone can finish that mountain of fries, without any salt or sauce. We had to phone again to ask for sauce. The service of the hotel was perfect but the service of the resturant was dissapointing. I'll use the accommodation again without making use of their resturant.
I went with my friend on a girls outing to La Brasa resturant Eden on the bay. When we got there the the lady was very welcoming and frindly. Our experience was as follows; *The waiter who assisted us was a snob. *we waited long for our food for almost 15 minutes when the friendly lady came to inform us we had to wait another 10 minutes. * when we received our food the waiter advised that he'll bring the salt now and chitchatting to another waitress,then I had to leave my food to fetch the salt myself. * We had the feeling that we're not important. * we had Latte's as well and when we brought it to our mouths to sip,we could smell the milk is sour. *the food was R249 for a mushy mash of extra sweet sweet potatoes with cubes of fatty pork belly. *The food was disgusting and made us feel sick. I will not recommend anyone to support this resturant;disgusting expensive food and poor service.
