Pathetic company and pathetic service. Pay premium costs to get one mask for Halloween from Amazon and I cannot even get it in with 4 weeks.... Should use SA Post Office from now on. Do not recommend ever using them again!!!!
Is it just me or is every telecommunications service ****ing useless. Called Supersonic Fibre and was on hold for ever 30min. WhatsApp messaged them. Told me they will assist me. It's almost 24 hours later and still ****ing nothing. My rating for them now is next too a phile of ****!!!

I must have P**S written on my head! Submitted cancelation for ADSL & Line for dads business 24 March. Called to follow up 25 May. Not apparent cancelation done, resent the email and still nothing! I would rather swim in a pile of **** than use TelkomZA OpenserveZA ever again!

Ordered an essential item (1) on 25 April, packaged 28 April... Still waiting for delivery. Called Customer service 4 times now and no feedback whatsoever. Out right disgusting service!!! Almost one month later!!!
They do not reply to me emails, also the installation of the prepaid meter was not completed, the municipality is still charging me for electricity even though i have a prepaid meter in my property and it is working. Definitely worst company to ever do business with as they even fight with you, over the service they promise to deliver. PLEASE do not do business with them as they just take your hard earned money and not even deliver on the promises .
Worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life. They take my money and don't even follow up on the progress of the installation of my pre-paid meter. It has been 6 weeks and I still don't have pre-paid electricity.
