I am really disappointed and frustrated at the manner which Telkom's appalling customer service is affecting me. I really rue my decision to take a contract from this company. I took a contract for 2 x huawei 13 phones. Was told at the shop the don't leave the branch without an insurance as if they are vehicles. Informed the agent that I don't need insurance and he told me to cancel it myself. On the 25 august, I received the contract for insurance. I send an email for cancellation. #4795882 I went to the branch for billing and the system generated contract. I was informed that the contract is manual forms that I completed on application as they were having network issues. Been calling the agent, lodged disputes recent being 8919215. I received confirmation of cancellation on 03 September 2025. I went to the branch to pay for the phones, was told that the bill onclides insurance. Lodged a dispute and spoke to Elsa who informed me that she can't do nothing to remove the insurance amount. She advised that I visit the branch...went there still no help. What really angers me is the fact that as a customer, Telkom is not taking accountability as the mediary. From the 03 september 2025 to 27 september 2025, both my lines were disconnected. What recourse does one have because I will be blacklisted for non payment. When I was informed by telkom agents to wait for the corrected billing without insurance. This company used to offer quality service but since the introduction of AI, staff at rain have forgotten the importance of customer service. I have on numerous occasions contacted Rain with network issues, data issues and every time after their trusted AI escalates, none of the contact persons calls me to determine and resolve my issues. It is such a shame that we pay for services that are not provided. I called Rain with regards to the data that gets chowed, requested a statement detailing the usage...I have not received any to date!!!! Can someone at Rain please I beg send me the statement...the frustration you put me through is really not worth it. @Hello Peter, these companies don't even deserve a one star rating... it's as if we are satisfied with a one star.
I am writing this to raise my concern regarding the free airtime that you received when recharging. This information is misleading customers because it's not actually free as they say. If you switch on ur mobile data, the free airtime is prioritize before your mobile data can be used. That's the explanation I got from vodacom customer Care.Why use airtime instead of mobile data for internet connections. I have my phone setup not to use airtime for data and yet the opposite happened.
On the 30/12/22 I took my Renault kiger for 30k major service. On the 14/01/23 the car had gearbox failure while travelling. Road assistance sent Jaiks towing to fetch the car. On the 16/01/23 called Lionel Motors Renault to find out if the car was drlivered or checked. I never received any update until I involved customer care. Was told after that I will be updated. That never occurred. i had to attend a work meeting at midrand on the 18th, had to cancel due to the car not fixed. Worse the only problem was a broken earthing cable which they had. Whitney and Kabelo at customer care dhould be commended for ensuring the car got fixed. I really am disappointed about Lionel Motors Renault Rustenburg.
Vodacom.service has just been appalling. I took my redmi 11 pro to Rustenburg on 21/11/22 informed the device will be returned in a week. Was informed it will be taken to Xiaomi for repairs. I called 25/11/22 to find out when am receiving the device, only to be told it has been send to advanced repairs. I called today 28/11/22 @12:15 and guess what, the device has not left rustenburg. I was not given a loan cellphone even after informing the technician I don't have a cellphone.i have not been provided with a turnaround time for repairs. Lodged an escalation to vodacom.repairsescalation@vodacom.co.za on 25/11/22 and has not received any response from them. Very frustrated
My issue is still unresolved 28/03/2022 and since raising it on the 22/03/2022. I am now defeated by rain.
I am really appalled by the type of service I have received from RAIN. Received my brand new 5g router yesterday 22/03/2022 around 17h00. It has not worked, made calls to the company since last night. 24hours later I still have not received any solution. To make matter worse with all rhe inconvenience cause, they want to send a technician to come and check if the router is faulty. Have had a good relationship but this horrible experience is just too much. Worse whoever that gets an escalated call does not even get bac/call or send email. Am really really disappointed and if only they had an office that I can visit to vent my dissatisfaction.
We are a sad nation that does not acknowledge and appreciate great things. Taxtim has really helped me to submit my tax return. The simplicity it took, the swift response to errors encountered...the advise with submission is just breathtaking. I can recommend this any day. It such a shame that SARS is failing us by not educaring us enough. Taxtim deserves 10 stars
I would like to say a big heartfelt thank you to Chrystal Hartley @ Scorpion Legal. Was involved in an accident on the 16th June 2021 and the insurance company I insured my car with tried their utmost NOT to pay the vehicle even after the determination was made to write the car off. To date the matter is not finalised as there are other matters they do not want to cover. God grant Chrystal the good health, the strength, the wisdom and the patience to continue doing such an amazing work. #WIN Words are not sufficient
Am driving a Renault and my windscreen has cracked due to a stone from a truck wheel. After enquiring about the warranty, DGC glass was appointed to replace the windscreen. Their swift response in arranging that they come and replace it at the comfort of my home is commendable
