I am a returning student completing a diploma at the Bellville branch. I am bring funded by my employer on a bursary and this year the approval letter from my employer has not reached me yet but I have signed my contract with my employer ensuring they have approved my bursary gor the new academic year. I am stressed because the actual binding contract is not enough of a commitment to payment according to the institution and the consultants I have dealt with, I cannot complete my registration unless they receive the letter because the actual CONTRACT means nothing. I am in awh of this fact as I cannot wrap my head around how it is logical. Is the money more important than the student? I am a dedicated hardworking student but because of money I cannot register and will fall behind this semester. It saddens me that the institution does not care for its students and their situations.

I contacted the rewards dashboard to cancel my membership, I was connected to an agent and then the call dropped. I tried numerous times after that and was put on hold or the call is answered and the dropped or rejected without even being picked up. This makes it impossible to cancel the subscription!!!
Wow wow wow, I must say I have never received such great service from a service provider. I was struggling with so many other ISP's to get fiber installed due to the previous owner's ISP that didn't release the line. Applied with Vox for their service and within 5 days they came and installed the router and within a hour the service was up and we haven't had issues. Thanks Vox and staff for your great service. Keep it up.
I am utterly disgusted in the level of service received by the sales department staff of African bank. How can a credit card application take 3 weeks to even just get an approval or decline. When I call it's a document that is required for 3 weeks this has been going on and it's really frustrating me now. Back and forth sending letters and statements and the each new person requires some new piece of document. I have had it with the **** service from your entity. You need to learn to make follow up calls please, why as a potential client must I keep calling to check if your staff has been doing their job. Management please take your staff to task you are losing business.
For the past few times that I have been to 3 different KFC branches I received the incorrect order, cold/old fries and very unpleasant service from the employees. Now I know some days are harder than others as I too work in a service related industry but there is no excuse for giving customers cold and stail fries for breakfast when it should be fresh. Also numerous employees speak with an unfriendly tone of voice and have a problem when asked to relay your order to you. Should reading back a customers order not be standard practice??? Please provide etiquette refresher training for your staff. Thank you
I am utterly disgusted in the level of service and lack of knowledge the consultants of the Telkom customer service centre has displayed. They know absolutely nothing regarding cancellations and or who is responsible for releasing lines for fibre related queries. Telkom please arrange for training for your employees as you are losing clientele.
