I have been promised to get my refund and everytime when I call they say it will be refunded in 2 days. Their consultant are not professional, and they lack interest in assisting customers.
I made a payment and on their app still show that I haven't payed my debts. The payment was made on the 25th of September 2025.
This company is a **** I made a payment on the 25th of September 2025 and still waiting for the paid-up letter. I made an enquiry with the company that handed me over to them, they have not received the payment. I have been calling Nimble and when I ask them about the paid-up letter, they hang up the phone.
On the 10th of October I submitted a Blacklist form, and I was told that I should wait for 7-14 working days to receive the ITC Blacklist number, and your consultant don't know what they are doing because every time when I make a follow up, I get new information. Now I have requested to resubmit the form again. This long overdue, it is the first time I hear that you can get the ITC Number withing a period of 14 days.

This medical used to be the best ever but now it has been the worse medical aid I've ever been with, I'm paying a lot of money for nothing, it doesn't cover anything especially medication when beengiven a prescription, their levies are crazy. I have a sick child and all the medication prescribed is not being paid for, even simple flu medication prescribed is not covered.I can't wait to get out of this disgusting medical aid.
They serve wonderful meal and the service is excellent. They are patient to explain meal before you place an order.
I'm having a problem with them, I'm paying for a maintenance serviceith them so now my car had a breakdown so she was they are taking me from pillar to post requesting impossible things.
