Lyndhurst superspa tops is new on Uber eats and maybe they don't know you don't treat your customers like ******* just because it's delivery. I ordered alcoholic beverages ... when you open the cider there's no steam, the color is diluted, it's like the beverages were previously defrosted. I'm not impressed at all. It's like they took the worst just because it's delivery and assume I can't go in-store to complain. Stop taking your clients for granted. I always buy in-store but needed convenience but it seems since that Spar was bought by new owners everything is going down. They just don't care
Second time that I'm ordering roses and they send the crispiest bunch they can find. These flowers will be dead by sunrise and that's probably why they send them. They don't even bother sending plant food.
I am speechless about the diabolic service from Odwa. He sent me a WhatsApp on the 11th saying he has my order and requesting my location. I rep**** I wasn't home but someone who is would send it to him. He never acknowledged receipt of my reply or the location that was sent. Instead he updated on the app that delivery had failed at 9am. I called him several times and not once did he pick up my call. Till today I don't know where my order is or when I'm recieving it, I don't know he couldn't put my address in the GPS and make the delivery in the first place.I called the customer number and now one answers and the call just eventually cuts.
I ordered chicken curry on Uber eats from Dowerglen Spar in Edenvale this morning and I just wanna say the aunty who made it did something amazing, the way she blends her spices is incredible. Thank you.
I just spoke to a Popi from Bonita's medical fund. She was very impatient and unprofessional with me. She started speaking in her nominated language from the onset assuming I would understand probably because of my names , she seemed so annoyed by me and my questions. When I told her I didn't understand her language hence I was speaking in English with her so we could understand each other she continued, didn't even apologise and just asked me if she could continue with a stinking attitude. It's like she was never trained on telephone etiquette and basic human decency. I wouldn't trust Bonita's to be empathetic in my time of medical need with that kind of staff on the roster.I wouldn't hire her even to mop the floors.I was interested in a certain medical aid but it seems Bonita's is not interested in doing business with me.
DSV called me a week ago about delivery of my bank card which they said would be Thursday between 11-13:00 which they didn't deliver. My bank emailed me saying DSV couldn't reach me, I let them know I gave DSV my alternative number as my number is temporarily unavailable. My bank relayed the message and DSV called me on my alt number, I unfortunately could not take the call and called them back. When I called back I spoke to Sellina Masisa to arrange for delivery , she said she needed to call me back on the unavailable number when I asked why she said "to arrange delivery" I let her know that's why I was calling and she said delivery could only be arranged on that number 🥴 unless my bank said otherwise. I let her know my bank had relayed this message and provided them with my alternative number. I asked to speak to her manager and she put me on hold for an ungodly amount of time to come back and tell me her manager was not available and would call me back on the unavailable number, I asked her to put me through to any manager, again she put me on hold to come back and say no one was available to talk to me. I honestly don't know why Discovery still gives business to this unprofessional company ,this totally ruins the exceptional customer service I always receive from my bank.
My order was supposed to have been delivered on Wednesday the 19th. I have made enquiries and they keep saying someone will follow up and get back to me and no one has bothered to.
I emailed them regarding a swap issue which I thought they would explain to me how they got to it and rectify and also logged a ticket on their portal then also made a call. I spoke to Leilani who said I should email her a few details and screenshot, I did so and when I called for a follow up because my ticked was closed on the website I was told she would get back to me and she still hasn't. The service is poor and I doubt their capacity to resolve my issue or they wouldn't be ducking and dividing.
Makro has thee worst customer service, I returned a faulty laptop last week .From the returns process it was very difficult to get service to arrange pick up, they reply emails after days and when they do it's a different a consultant every time. Laptop is currently with them and no one seems to be interested in replying my emails.
I've been emailing and calling mfc , all I want is my settlement amount. No replies and the one time I actually got a response a lady by the name of Monica told me she would get back to me the following day. When I call the number it does not exist. It cannot possibly take that long to just give me a figure.
