Murou wabasadi Telecoms what kind of Service are you giving to your customers? I find it in bad taste and bad customer service that on weekends we are unable to pay four WiFi services simply because you don't work on weekends. How is it possible that because you don't work on weekends the customer must be stuck until Monday? What kind of Micky mouse operation are you running there. I think it's disgusting that this is how you treat your customers.
I have just been on the phone with Telkom informing them my WiFi has been off line since yesterday and I'm not happy with the response I received. The longer I stay of line the longer I loose business, do this companies understand the inconvenience of this when the line is used for work purposes. Telkom alongside openserve I don't think I would recommend you to anyone, I was on the line with one of your consultants namely Meca whom the line cut off with out her having given me my ref number. The App is use less when it comes to these issues. Worst of all your asking me to wait over 24 hrs to get a technician on site to fix the problem.
It's a crying shame that government services are so bad at customers, I have submitted all my documents waited 21 days went back and forth to sars Alberton. Yet I still haven't received the refund the issue has been escalated but yet still no feedback. Apparently even when they escalate an issue there is no turn around time. Now I'm just tired of going back and forth! It's truly a shame that we receive such terrible service from Government facilities.
I have always been an advocate for the Avbob brand because I was so happy with their service. After experiencing the Germiston branch last week I'm so so disappointed in the service. I have recently lost my daughter and I have been experiencing the worst experience a beriveed parent shouldn't under go. Kobus, Dolly etc from the Germiston branch treat their customers terrible to such an extent that I have decided to use another burial parlour. They have even made the process of moving her unbearable aswell. My advice don't ever use Avbob Germiston services I have had beautiful experiences with other branches especially Alberton branch, however Avbob Germiston is the worst service ever. I'm definitely going to be vocal on the socials as well to spread awareness.
Open serve has got to be the most under friendly service especially because we don't have a choice but to use their ever so useless app. The WiFi is down and I can't seem to get any assistance. Im still offline.
FNB Chris Hani in East Rand Vosloorus has got to be the worst FNB branch. If it's not making us clients spend over an hour in ques, it's them getting the work incorrect. I'm inconvenienced by their incompetence. I went in the branch to get a Late estate account opened however they opened the account incorrectly according to SARS it's invalid! The bank clerk who opened the account mentioned she had never done this before, now I'm running around and delayed because of incompetence.
First time using this app and I'm going through the worst experience. After ordering my items the total amount calculated appeared at the bottom, however the amount debited from my account is higher than the original amount shown. I cancelled the delivery however my funds are still not back. There's no delivery and money is not back in my account.
Webafrica has to be the worst service provider there is, after a whole month of being discconected they wont even give me a refund. A whole month of going from pillar post, I cant get my refund nor my service reconnected. I dont recommend anyone use them, infact they should reported.
The service provided by Vumatel alongside Webafrica is trully disappointing, there really is no customer care. Customers have to go back and forth trying to get a service that was never supposed to be disconnected to be reconnected. After numerous attempts phoning both Vuma and webafrica im still without connection yet im told im on a vumaprepaid service.
When a family is bereaved its trully a difficult time however dealing with institutions such as Sanlam Sky makes the grieving process even more difficult. Sanlam sky agents are trully giving the business a bad reputation by delivering such poor service for clients trying to claim. Sanlam you debited the deceased's account even when you were aware that shes late since all the paper work had been submitted to you, now you have to refund those funds and its a mission to get you to do that. Its trully disappointing to deal with such issues, im disgusted trully.
