Happy customer
My reason for the 5 star is because of one consultant that went above and beyond, the extra mile to ensure my issue that I had gets resolved. Phumudzo, Thanku for what you did in your assistance to my issue, Thanku for showing how it's done, the fact that you contacted me to find out if I got sorted speaks of your work ethic.....I hope they employ more of you.

Great and efficient service
Excellent customer service that I received for them(Deswin), I appreciate the quick and efficient service which I received and appreciate all the work they have put in in order for me to get my things in order, they do excellent work on your car at the best prices, definitely recommend them.

Poor service
The issue that I find is that there's no care or empathy for my situation, I know in all things processes needs to be followed, I don't have an issue with that, but for one thing to be sorted out and to take advantage of the full time is outrages.... Thanku for sorting out the one thing....but your consultants needs a bit of training on people skills when it comes to 3rd party claimants, it's very poor, you guys have a great reputation to uphold, but this is bringing it down....hoping to get assistance....the longer I wait the more I lose.....I too have a family that's relying on me to provide....or is it not that important.

Poor service
Wow, where do I start? So one of their clients drove in my car, which made me the 3rd party claimer, the consultant my claim was handed down to couldn't care less, I understand that there's procedures and processes that needs to be followed, but to be blatantly ignored after several emails and phone calls, and to be blatantly **** to, it's something that I never expected of discovery, and then I was told it's not her job to keep me updated....I'm disgusted by the customer service I am receiving from this particular consultant....I considered to joining discovery, but if this is how people gets treated, then no Thanku.....all that I required was updates here and there, but for me to everytime call in and several e-mails and to no response.....I must say it's bad.....Thanku to the 1 or 2 that's trying to assist....

Great shop experience
Based in Ocean View, they have the best prices and amazing goodies that you can get and also if you want to spoil your kids a bit. Amazing place to shop at when you working on a budget.

Great deals and happy client
I had to replace my tyres on my car and had to shop around for good deals until I came across tyremart based in tokai....and searching for my size was a bit difficult as I had size 13....they had exactly what I needed at a very affordable price....I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Great service
The service was great with great food aswell, had a great time with my family and the play area made things much easier with our kids, in a safe environment. The staff there was great and we had a great time.
