I bought Brooks glycerin gts running shoe end of March 2025 and I ran a marathon with it. I had a discomfort that I've never experienced for past 3 years running with this type of shoe. It's only the latest of it that gave me problems . I reported it to SportSA and they told me that they can't refund me as the shoe does not have a problem and maybe its not suitable running for me. They said they'll give discount if I buy another with them. They don't don't want to admit that the running shoe has got a cushioning problem.
I went for Spa at Orchid Spa in East London yesterday the 12th of February 2025. At around 9pm I received a call asking me the method of payment that I used and I answered . Today I received numerous calls asking me to share the receipt that they are supposed to have at their hand. At first I said I'll look for it. After sometime I received numerous calls and asked them why do I have to be responsible for their and they dropped the phone. They are soo unprofessional, selfish and disrespectful . I'm also at work they can't even wait for me to have a chance to look at the receipt they kept calling me . I felt like they are soo demanding and being inconsiderate .
I recently had a claim and the claim was paid within 5 days. Excellent service OUTsurance keep it up. Thank you
This worse courier company that I've ever used. They are not reliable, not professional. Last week Friday the 02nd of August 2024, they were supposed to deliver my parcel and I did receive a confirmation sms from them stating that the driver is out for delivery with my parcel. Around 14:52 I called them and they told me that the parcel was mistakenly given to the long route driver and they don't know what time the driver will be at their office. I told them that the parcel was made an overnight for a purpose and I need it. They told me to come and fetch it and I told them that I'm not going to that as they got paid to deliver the parcel to me. They said they'll arrange for the parcel to be delivered to my home address as soon as the driver arrive at their office and that was not done.
On the 13th of March 2024 I placed an order at Dischem, the following day I received a call from Hemingways Dischem they told me that they'll be dealing with my order and it has been allocated to them. On their website that has not been explained. Last week I was told that my order has been canceled and they'll request their head office to rent open it. I requested them to send me an email regarding that and that was not done. They said it'll take approximately 3 days for their head office to reopen my order. This week they were still waiting for their head office to reopen my order. On Tuesday they told me that the option that they've is to place an order at Dischem in George and promised to return back me once that has been done. They didn't return back to me and yesterday the 27th of March 2024 I requested a refund within 24 hours, that was done.
Anadea Health shop service is excellent. I would recommend it if want to buy healthy items or organic items. Keep the good work that you are doing.

I received an frm Fastway couriers at 8:59am stating that the driver is out for delivery and my parcel is due for delivery today. I waited till 4pm no call nothing. When I followed up after 4pm I was told by a rude lady in East London that the driver couldn't get through and when he finally got through, I dropped the phone which is not through. I told her that the driver is lying I didn't get any call that's why I'm following up. She defended the driver and dropped the phone. This is the worst courier ever that Ill never use again. I'll never recommend to anyone that I know. East London office is the worst.
I had a parcels that was supposed to be delivered today by DPD Laser courier company. When I did a follow up in the morning I was told that my parcels are on the floor and I asked them if they are going to deliver and there was no answer. I followed up again around 11 and I was given the East London branch number. I called them and they told me that they'll call me back in 10 minutes and the lady had an attitude towards me. I went to DPD Laser to pic up my parcel and I was told that the driver who was supposed to be delivering my parcel was not available today. This company is working with Dawn Wing and I thought they had improved. Their service is very bad.
I bought a 3 seater couch and a two seater couch at Corricraft in Hemingways mall East London. I received them end of February 2022. In June I started noticing that on the 3 seater couch the corner of it is tearing off. I went back and complain about it and it was taken in for repairs. When they returned it, it was not properly fixed. I complained again they said they take in again for repairs in September that never happened. I waited no further communication was done. I complained again last week that the couch was taken for repairs. They arranged for the couch to be taken in today the 29th of November and the warehouse manager called me yesterday the 28th of November to confirm that they'll collect the today the 29th of November. I called them and they firstly took me back and forth and I was finally told that they are busy offloading at Hemingway mall and they 'll go back to the warehouse, then they'll come and collect the couch. The couch was not collected as per the arrangement for the second time. Corricraft service is sooo poor. They are soo sweet when you're buying and when they are making arrangements for the couch to be collected, however they are not keeping their promises. Poor service and I even told them this morning at the warehouse that their service is poor they need to improve.
