Makro online e service is the worst. Unhelpful nje. I have trying to change my delivery address since Friday and no help. The parcel is on its way then the courier **** and said they could not get hold of me but no one called me. It's this and that yoooooo Makro online. My car went in just to have the gearbox changed then everything went downhill from there. The car was not starting and they blamed everything in the car except themselves. Cell C is really a scam this is my second review this year. I loaded R60 airtime and in 10 minutes my airtime was gone. The call center is not assisting because the agent dropped the call in my ear. I want my airtime. Cell c has become the worst network and the home connects is a scam seriously

I saw an advert for a job on dhl when i calledbthe number the person asks for money before i can get the job. I called two people and same response. I'm surprised thats how things are done by such a prestige and big company. I'm really dissapointed
I got retrenched in May, i went to a Ackermans store and they called the head office to let them know and they said there's a form i need ro complete. I've been going up and down to the store to see if it has been faxed and i called the head ofdice mumyself to inform them of the form till today still nothing is happening and its almost three weeks now. Its unfair for me because I'm using mybtransport money for these up and downs because someone is not soing their job properly. I took my tablet to Game on the 13th July, to date no feedback, nothing from Game to date. When you go to the branch you get no assistance whatsoever. No onw has anything better say. Worst service ever
Its been three months I'm dealing with ome issue with makro I've been waiting for my refund.
