This has to be the best car rental by far. I have rented cars with their germiston branch and recently with Durban north branch. Service PERFECT, car CLEAN and they are quick to respond on WhatsApp chat yet professional and friendly. Best rental prices on that note. Keep up the good service guys and continue to keep your clients happy. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
Charged me VAT on things that are already VAT inclusive. When I raised queries on my invoice they sent me a new invoice where they hid those amounts I queried but the total was still the same thinking I'm st*p*d I guess... Service on collection and drop off excellent but you can see they *****y when it comes to money.
I took a month to month data package with them, wasn't happy tried canceling was told to return the router.. I went to the store to return and they refused it because "there's no Box" I made it clear agent didn't specify I need to keep the box only specified on the router was told "It's not in the T's and C's" when I asked why am i being penalized for something that's not on the terms and conditions couldn't answer me. Mondo and MTN is utterly ******* honestly. Now they wana debit me for the router theh don't wana take... Still in good condition no scratches or anything with their charger.. Only used it for two months
I WANT MY MONEY BACK PROTEA, I moved out of Carnival Gardens effective 2024/02/29 and I accidentally topped up your meter number instead of my new meter number of where i stay. I contacted yall and was given all the forms to fill and weeks later when I followed up how far is it was asked to resend the forms again!!! What the h*ll is that? And now when i follow up no1 responds to my emails. I have to say you are part of the companies that offers below Sh*tty services EVER!!!! Had the worse from yall's charges when I was a resident there now yall don't wana refund my money back... You are a pain in people's lives.
Worst service from the online orders to their customer care experience, there is an lady I called in regards to my order that was suddenly cancelled without any explanation and my funds were deducted from my account lady put the phone on hold with no reason then she comes back and when I ask to speak to her superior I was put on hold for almost an hour till the phone dropped with no updates or whatsoever. Honestly speaking the customer service is very BAD as H*LL!!!!
Customer service and problem solving within the organization is Very POOR. I had issues with my debit order they informed me that they are currently having technical issues with their debits since from Mid August till today no solution, no progress they just left me like that. The teamleader keeps claiming to be in meetings when I call in for follow ups. It is just an excuse of a service being provided to customers
Bought A washing machine at Russells which is for Defy and it started giving us problems within the first month of purchase informed and they repaired it, it broke down again within the week of repair when we tried using it. They offered to repair we refused and insisted on a replacement or refund they started giving us run arounds till today. I would never refer anyone to rely on @Defy nor @Russells for a good customer service or trust in this guys. Bunch of @$&holes they are.!!!
Took my car in for locks, ignition & key replacement they charged me 12,5k for a lack of a worst word they gave me a mockery of a key remote, nothing changed on the car still old ignition and locks yet they claim they've changed them. The emblem of the new remote is coming off and only for me to realise it was put on with glue and it is totally worn off. Tried bringing this to their attention they ignored my emails untill today nothing from thier side.
I has a policy with this guys and i lodged a claim to fix my scratch on my car. What they did is a mockery, they left my car with complete two colours i requested them to come fix it and it's been ober 3months now with no follow-up, callback nothing from them yet money they take but service can't provide... This organisation is an excuse of a business with less/not trained consultants.
bad service, VERY BAD service. I had a claim for scratch and dent and one of their consultants left my car with two colors and reported it but they never bothered to rectify nor address the issues till today and its over 6 months now. would not recommend streamline to anyone
