I bought a washing machine on Thursday from Makro Springfield and was promised by the sales person Mxolisi Yaka that I will receive my rewards in 48 hours. I called Mxolisi on Saturday to enquire and he just nonchalantly said I must just wait without even bothering to check with his head office. I called him again this morning and asked him to enquire and call me back which he promised to do but didn't. I had a problem with the hose fittings for the washing machine and he couldn't assist me or atleast find someone to assist me. I am very disappointed with this service or lack theerof. To me it seems as if it was only about the sale and no after sales service.
After reading all of these reviews I am so heartbroken. When someone takes out a loan most of the time its for an emergency. I took out a loan and I must commend them on their swift response and approval buy I really criticise the after sales service. My funds have not been paid and there has been no communication. I had to call in myself in order to get clarity even then the lady I spoke to had no answers. I honestly don't want to wait 7 days like some of the people who have reviewed here to get the funds as I needed them urgently. Please also train your consultants in telephone etiquette, some of them really need to be trained on how to conduct themselves on a call. Please invest in a qaulity assurance officer for the consultants it will go a long way.
Very annoyed with DMC firstly their website states that we can use our ID as a reference number and after I paid they do not want to give me a paid up letter. They first said that they sent my paid up letter to the incorrect address and then after they asked me to send proof of payment of which I have done twice. They still have not sent me my paid up letter and now say it will take 4-7 days. How can a piece of paper take 4-7 days to reach a client? They are sending it via email and not airmail. I am very frustrated with the arrogance of their consultants as well.
I am being seriously harassed for a foschini account I never had. Everyday I call them and ask them to remove my number but to no avail. This is too much as I sometimes rush out of a meeting thinking that its an important call.
Very poor service from this courier. I was expecting a parcel to be delivered on Monday, was contacted and promised by the delivery guy that it would be delivered same day and two days later was contacted by their head office promising me the same thing. I still have not received my parcel at the time of writing this. This is very unfair and unprofessional.
I would like to give Denise Narainsamy a thumbs up for her continuos excellent service:) she always ensures that I receive my loan on time and her level of professionalism is outstanding. I would also like to give Atlas a thumbs up for always willing to help.
Very disappointed with the service received at Europcar Durban downtown. On friday my company hired a vehicle for me for the day and when I arrived at Europcar in the morning, the Gentleman who was supposed to be assisting me was rude up to the point he served me whilst talking on his cellphone on a personal call. We always hire from Europcar but it was the first time at that branch. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking to say the least.
I contacted VW weiss durban regarding leasing a vehicle. I spoke to a lady by the name of Sindi who took my details down and tried to do a vehicle application for me. I had neen upfront with her from the start that all I was looking for was to lease a vehicle. I contacted the dealership over 12 times trying to get hold of Sindi who kept ducking and diving saying that they are offline. Sindi then promised to call me back and never did. All I required was information on what is needed in order to lease a vehicle.
I cannot access my invoice in order to submit to my company for payment. I have logged complaints and called in and still have not been assisted. This is the most frustrating thing ever as all I need is a simple invoice.
I have had no problem with Rain since joining them last year. The problems started in January 2021. i have had limited and almost no internet this month and have had to use my cellphone data as back up. I lodged a complaint and they sent me an email stating that the issue is resolved without anybody contacting me as promised. I have since lodged another complaint which has not been attended to yet. My area has sufficient coverage and I think Rain needs to explain to its customers whats going on because we cant all be compalining about the same thing.
