Incompetent dealings, unprofessional and unwilling to help That's the staff... Called customer serv a few times, then asked them to call me back, the lady said they will call me back immediately I am still waiting....
I made a double payment on my account through a link that Ackermans sent me... Requested my money back, offcourse as their link lead to this mistake... Now being told that they have backlog and are only on 9th December.... How much more pathetic can this be, incompetence on highest level I am livid as I need my money, they are absolutely inconsiderate and then lady in collections department have the worst attitude ever, holding me up with 112 questions and being absolutely arrogant Where is customer service

I went from having a bad experience to a good one, and then again experiencing problems, however this was corrected by a lady at TFG Head office, when she personally called me in order to fix my problem and restore the goodwill. She calmed me down and I eventually decided to go ahead with them.
