I called on the 17th of May to cancel my line, only to be met with a rude and unhelpful consultant who refused to assist me. I was interrogated with endless questions and spoken to in a disrespectful tone — it was an extremely frustrating experience. A few days later, I called again, only to discover that my line had been *upgraded without my consent*. I immediately raised this issue and asked them to review the call recording — this is nothing short of *****. I had to call back once again to cancel the line that was wrongfully upgraded. Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, I was told I’d have to wait several days for an investigation. Due to their mishandling and *****ulent actions, my cancellation was delayed, and now *I* am being forced to pay for an extra month. Absolutely unacceptable. Staff need to be trained, they are unprofessional and always standing around they admin desk is where people eat ! They have a don't care attitude! Ocean Basket pavilion, this is on numerous occasions! This is becoming a trend at this specific Ocean Basket.
I purchased a brand new Toyota vehicle on the 25th of February 2023, the following reservations regarding the vehicle is highly disappointed considering this is a brand new car. > The car was not washed properly and had streaks of residue of the previous drivers drink on the side holder of the door. >The drivers door panel is scratched and scuffed. >The steering wheel has a chip behind it that is easily felt. >There is a deep scratch by the hand brake >There is a whistling sound on front tyres > I have also noticed that the drivers front tyre went down compared to others. Also, upon confirming the quotation sent to me Bidtrack amount was zero rands, however my tax invoice has an amount of 7000+ , the sales consultant nor did the finance representative did not mention to me , yet their manager claims that all was mentioned , I was told to sign on the electronic pad signature after signature with everything else clear besides this Speaking to the manager I felt absolutely abused by the manner in which Jessica Singh had spoken to me, belittling every complaint I had and sweeping it under the carpet as if my complaint was not valid. She then went on to boast on her 24 years of selling cars claiming that “these things” happen and I must stop being immature about it. Thereafter proceeding to vent my concerns she snaps again and asks “are you done now”, completely appalled by this behaviour that falls nothing short of pathetic from such a massive dealership like Bidvest Mcarthy. I then asked if I could speak to someone higher up as Jessica kept belittling my words and her response was “You can go ahead and speak to the dealer principal and the matter will still fall on my desk”. If this is the attitude of this dealership, I request assistance with a higher authority to attend to this abuse I received from Jessica and my necessary complaints regarding the new car purchase. I really expected better post sales service considering how welcoming the pre sales service was.
There is still no remedy and I’m left with uncer*****y! The team and it’s management that are dealing with this have no customer service skills or even basic communication etiquette It has been many weeks to be exact, this is carrying on since 1 July We are put into such distress as a family as we all are struggling and finding alternative means of transportation such as public transport, it is so risky In terms of safety for myself and my family. We could have been happy as well as safe in our own vehicle without any inconvenience!!! Outsurance and it’s staff has no care or urgency to sort this out because they don’t care about their customers lives been at risk as well as their customers hard earned vehicle There is no way a huge company is not able to assist me ever since the above mentioned date ! After this last post I shared on hello Peter, then only the outsurance representative called with feedback acknowledge they are at fault and the damages was caused while in their care They then requested me to get a quotation which was my cost….I did and STILL i am waiting ! The team is tardy in responding, they mentioned that they will get back to us and weeks are gone by, every time we call them they are unavailable and we only have the option to leave our details promising that we will get a call back and WE STILL DONT GET ANY COMMUNICATION, emails are also sent with no response!!! We leave msgs every day!! You are more than welcome to check records because I have my call logs !!!
I had an order with ubereats. I paid via card payment and I did not receive my order, but the order and app says order completed. There is no way for me to even contact the driver or anything because it says order complete ! I paid for food I did not receive! Plus the inconvenience! As well as not having food because of this inefficient service!
We had a claim so outsurance wanted to take the vehicle for inspection, they took the vehicle for inspection and it came back with many scratches, dents, a bust side mirror as well as other damages. We have been appointed to a client liaison officer when we reported what has happened, the representative has poor communication skills and is inefficient as we are still left with no remedy and it’s been 4 weeks since, we are awaiting feedback and very disappointed with the service that we are receiving. Our vehicle was purchased with our hard earned money only for it to be damaged by outsurance, there is no care while the vehicle is in their possession as well as even after it is damaged.
I purchased a bed from them and within the first few months it had creaking sounds and the bed was sinking in, I then was given the option to either replace it or put more money to get another bed which is was supposed to be bigger and better, so I put more money thinking I would be happy and not have any problems. I WAS WRONG! A few months later the 2nd bed was also making creaking sounds etc so then they exchanged it with stating that it might have been damaged in transporting it by inclement weather condition. So now it’s the 3rd bed that I’ve got from them and it makes endless creaking sounds and the legs are broken within months too! I’m disappointed with the quality and workmanship
They advertise on newspapers things that they don’t have, I drove all the way to the store and the person was rude and inefficient
Calling your the vodacom shop at galleria ....I have ordered an iphone days ago ,no response or contact. When I called I spoke to a consultant that was screaming with an attitude and even mentioned 'im trying to help you'. She further mentioned that she was on leave everyone is gone and she knows nothing about the order. Finally as if that wasnt enough she put the call down. 18.07 pm date 23 july .
