Hellopeter, I trust you are well. recently our legal team stopped at Capers Restaurant at 277 Avondale Road. Morningside. The food was delicious and the service was excellent . After we left the establishment a team member realized that she has misplaced her Samsung AO4 at the restaurant. I called the owner to enquire and was informed that the waiter had found said phone, handed it to Maria , who then contacted the owner and informed him that a customer had left the phone at the Restaurant . The Owner Mr Des Moodley the oversaw the safe return of the phone to me. Never ever have I ever experienced such honesty before. My sincere thanks and gratitude to the said team at Capers
I purchased several items (+-10) from Aliexpress, the products were delayed , there was a price increase on one and when i requested a refund they refused to initiate same, and i never received a refund for that purchase, I cancelled some products and in the one instance they deducted $10,00 from the price that i paid. They do not have an office in South Africa so we cannot go to them and complain, when we send emails , they respond several days later with a robotic response. The robots don't know how to answer my queried so much so that i cancelled all my products and didn't receive a cent bank, i spent +- R1500, 0 on purchases
They fry prawns withe the shall, mark it as hake and sell to.customers without properly informing them, then they have a complaints dept that send you in circles without any one taking responsibility. I bought prawns, rice and chutney and ended up eating rice and chutney threw the prawns away. Disgusting spoiled by dinner with my family, ppl all swearing me .
hellow peter my old friend, i'v come to complain to you again. Superspar knowles in Pinetown, i bought a pie, chips and gravy, they wrapped it up in a black packaging, when i reached my office 20 km away and unrapped it the gravy was missing, they charged me for it. i reid to call them but the automated service used up my R29 airtime and didnt answer. The attendant gave me a really horrible service , also i went to redeem my frying pan and they are all out of stock .
Hello peter . Today I went to fego sibaya for breakfast. I ordered and paid by points courtesy of sibaya casino. The presentation of the food was horrible. They didn't give me any chips. The salad was tossed in with the bread. I paid 52 rand for such horrible food. I returned it and left, I expected the manager to do a follow up after 2 hrs I had to go look for her. She apologized. By then I was not hungry. She kept on offering me cake. I asked her for a refund of my points. She told me she's waiting for head office to come. They never came. I never got my points refund . I left without anything. That caffe should be closed down . The service sucks .
hellopeter my previous complaint was that the Gateway Musica closed down and I was not able to return the product (head phones) that was still under guarantee after 3 months. So after that I did a little research and found out that Musica belonged to the Clicks Group , so I contacted Clicks online, my case was escalated within 1 day , I received an email from Mr Graeme Kruger | Social Media Consultant and then one from Samukele of Musica Pavilion from the Customer care prima interactive, they called me in with the product, the next day it was assessed and found to be faulty , they then offered to swop or refund me in full, I took the refund as I had already purchased another product for my work purposes. They handle the entire process in a very professional manner. Thank you to the Clicks Group and its team .
I bought a product with 1 year guarantee. Its been 3 months and its faulty. I tried to send for repairs. They just closed down and ****ed offf without any support or notification. Ie the Gateway store.
Sibaya Casino rewards you with points when you visit and play. The reward was free coffee from Figo. Well in my case they made 2 cups of coffee using the old coffee beans . In other words reusing old coffee beans. The coffee was horible. My partner refused to drink hers i threw it away. The Casino reimburses them as a good will to its guest. This branch continues to provide bad service recently. No proper stock. Bad service delivery in my view.
hello , yellow , peter I have a 1 TB hard drive with 900 gigs of photos of my lifrs work as a photographer and the darn thing will not work, the light comes on but the computer cant rad it , I tried all the alternatives like that suggest on their website but nothing works , I have 3 other Seagate hard drives and they work perfectly well , at least for now . This support stinks , the website just takes you in circles . I plan to report them to the Consumer Council because my life's work is not suppose to disappear after their warranty ends . help peter, and or yes ps make sure you sanitise . regards vivek saboram
I bought a product from goodsale1018 via Bidorbuy for +- R1000 on the 09-09-2019 , it specified 4to14 working days , well 14 working days passed and the owner of goodsale not taking my calls , he sent me a whatsapp with a tracking no from the courier , I called he courier and they said it was a bogus tracking no, I tried call the owner her s not taking calls, I called bidorbuy the agents there have no clue whats going on, I now out of pocket, no goods and loosing business as I don't have the product to do business. I wanna sue these guys for breach of contract . They give Bad service , bad after care service
