The service there appalling and the chicken taste like it was dipped in old oil, i had complained before but nothing was done theres no accountability and respect for customers
Worse service at Lambton branch not to mention the quality of food the pizza was so badly packed with few pieces of meat for a meaty pizzah
I bought 3 of their products for ants ans flies all those products did not work as promised, I reached out to the company on 27 January and spoke to Rejoice Mokoena she said someone will contact me regarding this query however till today I have not been contacted even after I did follow up on their whats app portal. Their service is as bad as their products.
About 3 weeks ago I bought beef ribs which tasted horrible like they were defrosted and warmed up, I lodge a complained a case nr CAS3347584 H8G7K8 was given since then I have not heard from steers thr service is as horrible as the food served. Still having nausea from that experience
After years of being loyal being treated with such insult I'm very disappointed I'm shopping around for another service provider that really cares for my needs, I can't make purchase because apparently I have reached purchasing limit which I did not know existed until 10 years later. All this just because I'm now on month to months thank God I did not renew my contract its time to move somewhere else
