Rejoice at money maket did not help she said I must go inside and ask cashiers for cash, I asked all cashiers and they laughed at me and I said they must hire someone to do this and they tell me Rejoice gave me wrong process she must ask for me not me walking around the shop. Rejoice woke up and said she wants to work but when we come to be served she does not want to work hire me if she does not want to work

Siphilile stole my food she didn't deliver and your line is unfriendly I can't get through paid over 300 for my food please sort your people I am gonna log complains everyday until you give me my money back I have been driving around looking for help and the store phoned you cause my b4 died I updated my number cause my phone died can someone tell me where is this rude SIPHILILE with my food
I spoke to Sthembile on Friday who placed me on hold but she never assisted, she placed me on hold before even confirming how much I wanted to decrease the limit with she then comes back on the line after minutes and said she must escalate to manager and said hold, i asked her how much is she decreasing with then she asked me how much did I want to decrease with, she did not value my time I spent 16 minutes on the line and never received any assistance I dont even know if the limit is decreased what a sickening service, place me on hold and enjoy your coffe.
Have been on the line for morethan 2 hours when i get through after holding for more than 30 minutes i get dropped this is surely my last claim i am not going to keep up with your horrible service it is getting worse it is sad
Ntombi Radebe placed us on hold before 12h00 it is now 12h43 and the lines are closed we cant get through using another number and she never came back with update I bet she is working from home watching TV forgot about customers. My order was due to be delivered on the 30th June, I lost my phone and they could not reach me. I tried calling and due to Covid lines closed and today 3 days later from when delivery was due I get email that I cannot reschedule delivery they products have been returned to warehouse and credit applied to my Takealot account. The items I bought now increased so I will have to top up to get same items, how unprofessional when you pick up items at their pickup points they give you 7 days to collect the items yet they failed to give me 3 days grace period for items I paid for and they credit the money in their account?????????? I want my money back in my bank account I will spend it elsewhere where service is priority and I am done with takealot after been so loyal to you, I will check other online stores thank you for pushing me to your competitors and I am taking everyone that I introduced to you with and I will tell all my friends and family about this horrible experience.
Pathetic service cannot wait for this contract to end, debit order went through successful yet I am out of data for the month it is the 8th n I only used my data on the 1st bet I did not even use a gig n I ran out of 10gig imagine their sim card can't even call their contact center n chat center useless call me n sort out this mess I don't have time to go to your branch to experience even more shocking service
I take my hat off for Superbalist.com, the return process is on point, requested return Tuesday the 13th, item was collected Wednesday the 14th and today i receive sms and email stating refund processed funds should reflect within 5 working days in my card, i am awed********wow beautiful Superbalist.com your service is on point. when i order i receive my order within 48 hours excluding weekends. I love you so much.
The service is pathetic, I ordered 2 items online and the other item was the last one available. When I checked out the other item was automatically removed from my cart as a result I had to pay delivery fee which i was not happy with. Sent email auto response indicated will be responded within 24 to 48 hours, only got a response after 2 weeks and it is unbelievable that i was informed I am liable for the delivery fee, I cannot believe the business is willing to loose a valuable client who has been shopping with them for more than 4 years. The return process is slow which i have tolerated for years but after this experience I am done with Zando.
