Today I was denied service at two engen petrol stations in Westonaria because I wanted to purchase with a voucher. I got the voucher as gift from my employer, it is an in app voucher which you generate codes for any purchase at any listed store and Engine petroleum is on of the businesses listed there. I know for a fact that the voucher is valid because I used some of it in other stores already and I wanted to use the remaining balance at Engine but could not get help because the cashiers said they don't know how to help me when purchasing with a voucher.
I recently bought the 2024 multicolour jerseys for me and my friends (3×). On the Kaizer chiefs digital store there is an option of personalizing the back of the jerseys with your name and favourite number and I did so for all three jerseys but to my surprise when I collected yesterday not a single jersey was printed and the only way to contact the store is Via email, which I did but no reply. I'm so sad and disappointed at kaizer chiefs because we love it so much but I believe how they handle their online customers is very poor. They don't care all they want is our money.
I have an up to date account payment at fonechoice but when I checked my clear score it showed that my fonechoice account is in areas. As a result my credit score dropped by 27 points. There is no month that I skipped payment I pay via debit order every month. When I called them the phone was answered by a lady by the name of Asavela and she hung up on me while I was still asking her how is it possible that my account is in areas because even this month I paid. I even ask her why is my account still not paid up by September 2022 but in May 2022 my balance was R 2190 and I pay R 757 every month.
Steers Westonaria branch has ver poor service. I had to wait more than an hour for my order. I even began to regret why I made the order online if I had to wait for so long.
I have recently bought a TV and it was delivered within 3 business days
Makro delivered wrong order. When I call them I'm being kept on hold till I run out of airtime. I get no updates from the store and it's been two weeks now. I can't believe a big store like Makro is so unprofessional firstly how can they even deliver a wrong order. I am so disappointed.
I have an account at Vodacom and in September it happed that I withdrew all my money from my bank account it so Vodacom did not debit for the month. However the money was debited double on October and its December now but my account shows that I'm in areas.... Yesterday I failed to get a study load at my bank because of this. I mean I have proof that I paid but they show my account in areas...
Last week I paid up my account in store and asked for my account to be closed. They called the customer service and I was promised that I'll receive an sms notifying me of the cancelation of my account but till today I still have not received the sms. Why should I struggle to close a paid up account? Where is the professionalism here. Since I have proof that I requested for my account to be closed, I will not pay any cost that will appear from this account and I will take them to court if I have to.
This municipality is ****ing us with the electricity over charging. For example, last night I bought prepaid electricity for R150 but only received R60 electricity with 38kw. We live in my mother's RDP house and she is a pensioner. This is just too much man.
Intec robbed me my money. They always debited funds from my bank account but never rendered any of the services which they promised to provide. I was sponsoring my girlfriends studies. When I saw that they were not helpful, I called and sent emails to intec College, but no one replied, I then started reversing the transactions every month. When they realized that, they then contacted me to ask why am I not paying anymore, I told them that I want to cancel the course and I had sent an email to the college but no one is replying all they did was to take my money for nothing.
