This is a compliment for Yaseen Hendricks, he went far and beyond to try and get my problem resolved, this is for Route 82, Meyer number 14256675928, he assisted me with an incorrect high water bill which was caused by an outside leak, I was very angry, but he calmly explain and clarified what was required of me and the property management, upon collecting all of his findings, he was able to put to this to bed by ensuring that a solution was provided. Thanks a lot Yaseen, you're the best.
You guys are extremely horrible, worse than any service provider that I know, I emailed you, making you aware that there's a water leak outside my unit which could affect my water bill, I even shared pictures and videos as proof, and you assured me that I'll be billed only the water that comes into my unit, however, when I check my status, I got billed for the water that was leaking outside, when I reached out, you have the nerve to talk ******* and tell me that this charge is because of the water used in my unit, even the dumbest foolish idiot would look at my history and see how inconsistent the water bill has been. I live alone, Its highly impossible for me to end up using water for the amount of R244.20, it's not like I keep filling up a swimming pool, normal households that have 4 members probably reach up to R200 monthly, I'm a very angry customer and I demand compensation, I'm even going easy on you by wanting an electricity token instead of demanding for a refund into my bank account, if my neighbours draft a petition for us to get a new service provider, I'll be the first person to share it with everyone. I'm very disappointed. I recently took a life cover with your company, I accepted your debit order and debicheck mandate request, now I receive an email from Zandile Mthimkhulu saying "We're sorry to hear you've decided to cancel your policy", please tell me, when did I request to cancel my policy Zandile? My family knows that I have taken this cover and should I pass on at anytime, you will be served with a crazy lawsuit as you will be required to provide proof that I requested a cancellation. MiWay has provided me with horrible service, I do not recommend you guys. I'll be contacting All life from here. Thanks for nothing

Great gentleman, he accommodated me and made me feel welcome and comfortable, he was able to relate to me as he engaged with me even in my township language, he was very patient with me because I was also working whilst talking to him, he did not get irritated, he patiently waited and I appreciate that. Please have more people like him for your company to grow even bigger, I am happy with the premium he provided, if possible, give that men a bellz!!!
African Unity funeral policy is a ****, all other funeral covers have paid us and they keep on making excuses because they don’t want to pay out. We already buried our mother and they are still making it hard for us to get a pay out, at 1st they said only one document is missing, we sent that and today again they are saying some documents are missing. Please do not take anything with them, go for companies like Hollard because they paid within a few hours!!!
They’ve debited me 3 times this month, I enquired on Wednesday, it’s Friday today and still no response, even after sending a few follow up emails, they are telling me that they don’t have my card details on their system yet they debit the very same account. The chat support is the worst. This is my 2nd time attempting to communicate with them via WhatsApp, the first time I got texted in the morning and got a response the following day, this time I’ve been waiting for a response for 2 hours, no one is saying anything. I’m trying to make a purchase and it says “Verification incomplete”
I’m a regular Uber user, I took a ride this evening and dropped my wallet when I got off, considering the fact that the driver had to take another trip, my wallet was returned in 30 minutes, I even gave him a little something which is between me and him 😂. Uber is very professional. Thank you so much
Lelona gave me the worst service. She doesn’t know the company’s T’s and C’s and she kept on wanting to close the chat while I was still chatting with her… I asked her to send me a link or an email with T’c and C’s so that we could discuss one part together on the chat, She wanted to run away by saying she’ll email them, even when I said she can share a link on the chat she still didn’t. She’s portraying a bad image for your company. I’m rating her 0.
Hi guys, I’m a first time user, completed everything today and received an email saying “mobicred activated” but when I try to use it it says “account verification incomplete” please send me an email on chat with me via WhatsApp, I am not available for phone calls, if this can be fixed within the next 24 hours I’ll Update this review and give you 5 stars
