I am Disappointed interlude Disgusted by the Quality of Customer Service at Exact Parow Centre, Cape Town. I entered the Store to buy something, but the first thing I noticed was that the music was playing unusually loud, but I decided to ignore but then the song almost every 4th word is a swear word to the extend that it later irritated me and then there was a child in the store when I turned around. So I took what I was gonna buy and went to the till, but I felt the swearing was to much and I asked the guy behind the till is this really the music they have to play and he got sarcastic and said “I guess so”. Then I told him but there is a child in store and number two it is inappropriate, he got this smirk on his face and smiled with me as if I’m crazy. I have to admit I spoke louder because the music is so loud, it’s as if we in a club and it’s swearing. Then after he tried his sarcastic behaviour on me, he called a colleague who came stood there and just looked at me until the song finished he then went to the back turned the volume up and the one behind the till sang along. Now the song was better, but how can this be right, how can it be normal that we enter a store, that’s suppose to be a family store. You selling adults cloths and kids cloths and that’s the type of welcoming you get and then the staff (not all of them) is so rude, ****y and disrespectful. I’m disappointed. I bought my stuff cause to TFG I might just be a number but that type of environments is not welcoming
So I get to Cape Gate Spur, we are welcomed very politely and asked to wait until we get a Seat. But what really left me disappointed and disgusted was that the manager at the door is bending over speaking to a child his jeans is so low it exposes his complete behind you can literally see his underwear and all of it. The TShirt he is wearing is so short. There is children walking up and down my children is standing there and besides the children. He is at work, is there no standard? They are working with food, it’s disgusting unprofessional and ********* I had to ask one of the other staff members to ask him to pull his pants up, which they didn’t because his a manager. And I asked and the other gent said his a manager. He heard me, didn’t pull up his jeans just said sorry and went on with that disgusting look in a restaurant. I’m disappointed in the standard
So i have a Business account with FNB, Life Cover and a Funeral Policy and have decided to take out a short term insurance. Insurance on the goods in my house. Then i had an incident on the 10th of May that compelled me to submit a claim and man was that a mistake. Its almost 2 month since the incident and apart from the fact that this claim can not be resolved, if I don't call them they do not not communicate with me. I have started with consultant at the moment im dealing with my 4th consultant. I am so disappointed in the fact that i have the beg for this matter to be resolved. I spoke to someone Friday morning who promissed me the matter will be resolved and today im still where i was. I dont feel like a valued customer, neither do i feel like my case is important, i also know they might be swamped in work but the way My matter is being handle, excuses like "I was busy" is not an excuse you give yo a client. When i first submitted the claim i remember the lady told me the claim is honored just get a quote. I did that then it went to someone else who wanted another quote. Im tired of all the calls I've made so far, with no response. I feel like closing my Business Account, Life Cover and Funeral Cover cause im concerned, what if something happens to me. Is this the treatment my wife will have to sea with at claim stage.

so i walk into American swiss and want to but a pair of earrings. I see a pair and i see the price is R99. I decide i want to buy it and then i can buy an additional pair as well. By the time we get to the till the lady tells me the price on the self was wrong and she will not give me the earings for that price. Now according to my knowledge the price on the shelf is the price you pay. No matter what store. I was very disappointed and want to take this matter to the ombudsman. The customer consumer protection act was violated here and it is unacceptable...
so we pull up @ Kfc Polka Drive (I think, behind Zevenwacht Mall in Kuilsriver Cape Town), we pull up @ 9:39pm in the drive way i start greeting @ the machine, no one replies. My wife suggest i go to the window, no one there. I go to the 2nd window, guess what. There's about four or five people ignoring me, no one coming to the window to attend to me, let alone to tell me they are closed, and by this time it is around 9:40pm. So my concert or rather disappointment is in the fact that they look at you as if you work at kfc and you should know they closed.
For the Last 2 days I've spend more the a R120 in airtime just to get my super fund balance statement. Every agent I've spoken with so far has either told me they've send my statement I'm suppose to get it in the next 5minutes or they'll logg a call back I have never received a call back. Today I spoke to 4 consultants. The fourth one send me the statement and I received it, after she told me sehe can not send it i should access it via whatsapp. But again to my disappointment it's a statement of June 2021. I've never imagined I'll get such horrible service from a company I worked for a month ago. As a customer I'm disgusted by the service I've been receiving. And the money I have to spend on airtime. Two days later, R120 poorer and still waiting on a Statement
So I ordered a Pizza from Debonairs Croydon at 18:23. At 19:50 I still haven't receive my food. I tried calling the store no answer, no one picks the fone up cause by this time I decided the buy other food at 19:53 I receive a call from someone telling me the driver was here and he almost got robbed. What a lie. And then they ask can they deliver now In? That tells you the driver was never here, cause why would he want to come back if his life was threatened. In our Road is only elderly people staying here and no one walks up and down here trying to rob people. So instead of a honest apology they are lying and rendering bad service. I normally order from Zevenwacht and sometimes you wait a little longer because of the business and one can understand that. But to be stood up and lied to. I'm disappointed!
We have been using pampers for the last year and ten months with no complaints. However about a month ago we bought the pack we using now. And the quality is bad very bad... every diaper we've been using so far from that pack t****s on the side which forces us to take it off even before it is half full. It's a waste of money and I'm trying to get ahold of customer care I keep on speaking to America advisors who cant assist me and gives me a link that dont work... I feel like I'm waiting my money on pampers now and it looks like I was sold a reject pack...
These guys have no respect for their commitment and word... they do false advertising to get you in and get you to bring business to them promissing to pay but it's been more then two months and they never delivered. No honor and not to be trusted
