February 2025 I joined NDCsa,as much as it was a lengthy journey but I'm finally free and my name has been cleared from ITC, Well done to Makayla and wish she do the same to others. I will recommend NDCsa to friends, family, colleagues and any other person without a doubt.
I began the process around February 2025, I was told after first debit from my account the process of Debt Review Removal will commence. End of May 2025 total amount of R9000 as agreed was fully debited but nothing was materializing, I had to keep reaching out to them and would be soft spoken out. I've been communicating with Makayla and she sometimes ignore my messages and reply after days, last week I asked her not to call but to send evidence of progress via email and she didn't and chose to call, I didn't pick up her call. I'm truly confused because I joined them after going through their reviews on this platform and people were rating them five stars. I don't even know anymore if this company really exist, they've wasted my time and hard earned money. All i need now is my refund of R9000 and will seek help somewhere else
Altrack app has only one best feature which is vehicle engine mobilizer,the app is far from matching other reputable companies. Control room operators do their best to assist but not sure if management has a will to take their clients seriously. Yesterday my driver's wife phoned looking for her husband,we both couldn't reach him, I then tried to locate him but I had to service on my app. I phoned the office, only to be told my services was cancelled as per my request. I have been requesting a technician for quite some time because after their unit installation, I've been experiencing battery drainage and problems with an alternator.my car park with disconnected battery terminals every night.. So on Wednesday 25/09/24 I requested altrack to come remove their unit device because they're failing to send a technician for maintenance. Instead of taking my plea seriously they decided to disconnect my services without me being informed with their decision. My Toyota Quantum is currently operating without a tracking device because of their unprofessional behaviour
Around January/Feb 2024 NETSTAR installed a new device in my car, during April month I noticed that my tag was faulty. I phoned NETSTAR and they confirmed that my tag isn't programmed/linked and technician will come by Friday as it was Tuesday. From April till to date NETSTAR has never sent out the technician. I was so disappointed until I read reviews about NETSTAR daily service complaints.
Three weeks back I made a windscreen claim to my insurer, claim was approved within ten minutes and I selected PG GLASS Vereeniging branch. PG glass Vereeniging called a week ago and informed me my windscreen has been ordered directly from KIA dealer and new windscreen will be fitted mybe Thursday or Friday. Today it's Monday,I tried calling all their contact numbers but my call never went through. I never thought PG glass can be one of reputable companies with bad service. The amount I used for public transport It could have bought me a windscreen already
Just want to give thanks to Miss Els Mthombeni for her exceptional customer service, she's more of a financial advisor than a Debt collector. Wish she assist more who are in a same situation as mine and guide them to their financial freedom
Year 2012-2015 I used DB and their services & professionalism was a top notch. 2023 June I joined them again and recruited a colleague too;but this time things were different. 1.only MFC out of four of my debtors agreed to their payment arrangements, three of those debtors sold my account to recovery attorneys 2. First three months R12000(X3) went to DB for their services and meanwhile my accounts accumulated arrears 3. Today my accounts balance are more than I owed before joining DB 4 . For more than ten months DB didn't take application to court for judgement,they decided to sent me those forms late last month. On the 04th of April 2024 I've sent a cancellation notice to DB and they rep**** a week ago and the attached letter to notify my debtors was phrase like " We suspended our services due to Non-cooperation". I find this submission insulting, reckless and unprofessional. On the other hand my colleague is blaming me for encouraging and recommending DB for him because one of his debtors kept debiting and when reporting the matter,he was advised to change bank. I wish DB could stop these behavior. If this R1500 that went to their insurer was Channeled into my Le Morgan's ACC; account would have been settled and the R36 000(R12000 X3) for their services would have settled my R22000 credit card. I'm so disappointed with the way the business is conducted.
Over the past three years,I've been buying on Takealot and they never disappointed. Takealot gave me a relief as I never trusted online shopping. I wish they continue their brilliant service throughout the country 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I've been using BEAME and I never had a problem, just bought a Toyota Quantum and thought of trying Netstar. I called on Friday, Monday technician fitted the device but till today it is still not activated, called several times with no luck, I requested a callback via Netstar website but till now no call..I then opted "contract cancellation" via WhatsApp and was given a case ref CAS-5965797-Z5K8. Sad part I went through the reviews before signing up but hoped for positive response as everyone is complaining about HOW USELESS is NETSTAR. Please kindly quote me for cancellation fees as I no longer need anything to do with NETSTAR. BEAME is already taking care of my combi. Don't bother with automated response, just email me cancellation fee
I've been with the bank for over a decade and still have faith in it but I'm so disappointed at this stage. Recently Capitac kept sending me a loan amount which I qualify for via the app, I've been ignoring the messages up until on Monday when I saw the amount has increased from 170k to 200+k. The messages were clear that "I now qualify for" NOT THAT "I may qualify up to". My wife and I gave it a thought then decide to take the money and invest in a family business. I took days off from work to go around different towns to look for the product(lot of money was spent for this trips), I finally got the product, negotiated a discount and everything was finalized. I clicked on the apply button knowing the money will click in no time only for Capitac to respond by saying"SORRY YOU DON'T QUALIFY". I was so embarrassed and not knowing what to say as the deal was sealed. I almost caused an accident driving back home with a broken heart asking myself how can the bank I trust be so cruel, giving false high hopes unprovoked.
