I ordered Brake Pads for my BMW C1 as BMW do not work on old models anymore I have to do it myself. They told me the Brake pads had arrived and when I got there to collect them they has sold them. They said they would order more for me and deliver them that afternoon but they never did. On the Monday morning I contacted them and they said they would deliver in the morning. the Morning passed and still nothing so I had to drive to BMW Cedar and collect them myself. Very poor service for BMW. I am now glad I never purchased another BMW and will look a the KTM's.
I purchased a Dell Keyboard and Mouse combo set from Tarsus. The keyboard is broken mechanically. I reported it to Tarsus and they would not help and said I must phone Dell. I called Dell and they where not helpful and got cut off and the Dell Website does not offer a place to log a Ticket for this product. This keyboard failed in 6 months not even the cheapest keyboards fail like this.
The support is very slow and the cPanel interface to edit DNS Records does not work on a regular basis.
Very month I have to phone Vodacom and ask them to email me a Statement and Invoice. I also aske them every month to automatically send me this information and nothing gets done.
I have deleted all my services with AWS but I am still getting billed and they are automatically taking money from my Credit Card every month. This is theft so be very careful when signing up with Amazon.
Very poor service from the Services center. I purchased a Motherboard, CPU and memory from sales. I then proceeded to install them in a new 2U Chassie I had. I could not get the motherboard to show any display to a monitor. I also tried a second PSU and the same result. I then drove to Pinnacle Micro and booked the whole unit it on the 25/11/2024. After 8 days I had not had any feedback so I sent an email on the 2nd Dec 2024. Warren came back to me to say the unit has been sent for approval for replacement and that I would be notified once the unit was ready. On the 5th of Dec I had to send another email for an update and Warren came back to me and said the approval had need a proved and the unit will be ready for collection by the COB. I said I would follow up with him on Monday to be on the safe side. On Monday the 9th Dec I had to send another email and Warren came back to me a and said please can he have my address to deliver the unit as as there was a problem with the stock. I said okay and gave him my address. On the 10th I sent another email to find out the status and Warren came back to me to say he is waiting for the ETA on the stock and should be by the COB. then he said he would deliver the unit. On the 11th of Dec Warren said he would get the unit deliver to me. When the driver delivered the unit he only delivered the Motherboard nothing else. I contacted Warren again and he said he would deliver the rest of the items the next day. On the 13th I had installed the new motherboard but I was getting the same error. The unit should have been tested in full with all items together before being sent out to me. Now I had to drive back to Pinnacle Micro and rebook the unit in on the 17th.
I asked the pharmacist for Corsodyl and she said they do not have it but they have Oranix Oral Rinse and she assured me it was the same thing. When I got home my wife said she can't use it as it has alcohol in and she can't use anything with alcohole in as she is a recovering alcoholic. I then took it back and the pharmacist said they can't take the medication back because it's the law. Then the pharmacist should say sorry we made the mistake we will give you your money back and dispose of the mouth wash or you can keep it.
I tried to make make a payment from a website system that I use and the payments where rejected. I then tried a smaller amount and that went through. On the Monday morning I tried again and was blacked again and FNB even put a soft block on my card. I then tried to phone FNB and was told to phone the ***** line but could never get through to them. This is a very important business transaction and can't continue with my work.
My debit order failed and I tried calling Vodacom to make a payment arrangement. After going though many options and not of them related to my problem I got though to an operator. After some time she asked me if this was a business account and I said yes. Then she said she has to put me through to another department and then I was cut off. I then searched Google for the business numbers for Vodacom and phoned a few of them but got the engaged tone and could not get through. I when found a WhatsApp number and sent a message but no response.
I had a ***** case committed on my bank account and all the funds in my account where cleared out. I got a SMS from ASBA and a phone call to say I must block my Debit card. I phoned the ABSA ***** number and they blocked my card and said they will refund the funds in 48 hours. It as been 2 weeks today and still not funds returned. I phoned the ***** number again today and Unza said that nothing was logged for an investigation. He said he would do that now and get back to me.
