There are Retail Stores which are specialists, but unfortunately many customers are inapplicable as to the fact that most of the personnel are qualified Pharmacist extending their learned knowledge in assisting you with your prescriptions and any over-the-counter self-help medications. At the Clicks in the Milnerton Royal Ascot Shopping Centre CT. I was served by an excellent and well-mannered gent. His Knowledge and service are per excellent, needless I was impressed. Unfortunately, at various times I've had the occasion to see how badly, we the customers displayed our uncalled-for attitude and respect for these humble consultants. Please! Customers leave your aggression at the door and you'll find your respect will create a happy atmosphere in Clacks.
Usually, we the Public are quick to jump up and down at the least that dissatisfies us. But how often do we say thank you to those in the Public Services who quietly render satisfactory services? I've had the good pleasure of meeting Craig Cosslett a person working at the Milnerton Public Library in Cape Town. With his quiet friendly mannerism and service, I am also impressed at the neatness and cleanness and how well it is organised. Here Perceptions and Expectations come together in Reality. Well done Milnerton Library, excellent and peaceful servicing Several Schools, Various Municipal Offices and the whole of the Milnerton Suburb.
Excellent reception. Unexpected Family atmosphere, a welcome to ALL adults, Not your everyday 'Drinking Hole'. A group of 17 arrived for a Breakfast after our Park Run Event, Now Hungry and 'run out of steam' we went for the First Time as a Group to Barneys Tavern along Willow Road. We were greeted by a friendly waitress and shown to our Reserved tables in the extension, as it was rather windy and chilly, the staff offered to close off the area with the windbreakers and set up gas heat lamps. The Manageress Letricha Blignaut came with some Special Caps, Beenies and to top it all a Barneys Tracksuit Top as one of our Team Runners just had on a thin top. Wow! What a wonderful surprise. For sure Barney Tavern had made a huge impression upon all. Click! Click! photos were taken. The Team will in the future Park Runs be wearing the Caps and Beanies not to mention the Sp. Track Top, all thanks to the Promotion Gifts. The Breakfast Special was well worth every cent, in total I'm sure that everyone would be taking their Friends to visit and have a Meal (and refreshments). Thanks to their experiences today.
Had an Issue with hellopeter. Gotten very frustrating as it seemed that I was getting nowhere. Eventually, as a 'last resort, I made contact with hellopeter. I asked them to assist as I was beside myself. Within a few hours, I received a reply. Monique Smith realised my errors and 'walked me through the procedure step by step. Professional Service, Excellent understanding of Customer requirements. Recently I'd had a dating problem and request when Booking Online. Customer Service and Assist. Louise De Koker and Ayesha Habib were genuine and sincere in their want to assist with understanding and solving my problems with their Professional attitude and attentive to hearing my problem. With the knowledge of my reasons for their assistance, they went to attend to the matter. Within a short while, true to their commitment to follow up and return, I received a reply. Now that's Professional Service from an Internation/National Company.
From Zero to Hero. Today I was overjoyed to see that the Franchise Management of The Keg & Swan Sunridge Park in PE. Took my comments in the spirit and manner in which it was given, to present to Management, that the best way to improve is to gain knowledge of some overlooked matters if there is no constructive comment there will never be an improvement. Thank you Keg & Swan. I assure you that after seeing and eating the meal that should have been, there would not have been my previous input to hello peter. The Lunch I had today was excellent, tasty and filling. It deserves a 10/10.
Mothers Day Lunch, WHAT a Disaster! from this Port Elizabeth Franchise. Our Son wanted to spoil his mother and wife with a nice Mothers Day Lunch. Due to the Lockdown rules of the Caterers have drastic changed. Meals could be purchased by order only but with Delivery only. As it was a Mothers Day Special, they should have had the foresight to have seen that as this Meal might be over SUBSCRIBED ( which it may have been). They should have had the business decency to notify ALL Over Subscribed orders, that unfortunately, they would not be able to execute, (this situation would surely have been known at least an hour before deliveries.) Then have the courage to notify all oversubscribed customers, to enable them to make further arrangements from an alternate Caterer. However, instead not only did our order of 6 Meals arrive at 15: 00 hrs. but it was very obvious that the food 'ran out' and the chef 'through' something together. Please! Owner or Manager this is a shocking example of 'hungry for sales'. We will always remember Keg & Swan's Terrible Meals, my Son, as a result, was also extremely disappointed. Keg & Swan rather to lose an order than Customers.
Mystery Shopper, Lockdown Level 4, went to Checkers Supermarket, as I'm a Pensioner the Security Entrance Guard allowed me to bypass the queue, which was a good start. The Guard sprayed Hand Sanitizer on my hands and also on the handle of the trolly. Made certain that you put on your Face Mask ( if not already on). The store was well organised and customers went about their shopping without normal Pay Day rushing. At the till counters, there's a between you and the cashier who also wears a Face Mask. Spraying the till and counter and giving it a wipe down. All according to regulations. Well done Checkers Met Life.
There's a national slogan "How can we assist you?" Samba Buy Aid in PE. could well use this. I went to their local branch in PE. to try and solve a recurring problem. Marlese was the Receptionist. With a sincere friendly approach asked if she was able to assist. I related to her the annoying problem. After carefully uninterrupted listening, She asked for my Buy Aid details. Upon putting said information into the computer she addressed the problem. Explaining that the problem is however not with Samba. Knowing and understanding that I'm a Senior Citizen, she explained slowly and distinctly, how I could solve this problem. I too asked her about the note forwarded about customers wanting to update. I told her that I was interested in it. Thanks, Marlese for your care when dealing with Seniors you make solving issues "painless" and pleasant. Rene, from another dept. , come forward and told me that there wasn't any problem with my upgrade and that I'll receive an official confirmation shortly, however, should I wish to apply the new upgrade immediately, she'll be only too glad to assist. All needed attention done with pleasantness and friendliness. What a pleasure to have to deal with such staff. Thank You.
