I order from KFC via uber Eats and used a voucher of R100. The total was R122.60. When the deliver arrived with my food the driver was rude and very aggressive towards me. There after I got the horrible smell of liquor from the driver when then insisted that I pay the full amount of R122.60. I tried explaining to the drive that I used the voucher to on Uber Eats and the drive came forward to hit me. He then cancelled my order and left with the food. After a little while I called the KFC Store at The Workshop and spoke with the manager, Sizwe. He said the driver never came back to the store with the food. I have the call recorded from the manager at KFC and also camera footage from my building to show the horrible behavior from the driver Herbitance. I WANT MY VOUCHER TO BE SENT BACK TO ME AND THIS DRIVER Herbitance NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM DELIVERING ANYTHING FURTHER.
Chatsworth Taxi Association of Bayview, Unit 2 Chatsworth, are now doing the job of SAPS and pulling private vehicles of the road and telling people how to use they private owned vehicles on the road. This morning we was threatened, by a group pf Indian men with no mask or social distancing to give out our details, while on our way to work.
Everyday I called them. Everyday I msg them. After every 2 days they give you a new ref number, saying the previous one is closed and the water pipe is repaired. They send they useless plumbers, they dig a big hole, apparently fix the pipe and leave. And most surprisingly there is STILL NO WATER.
Lethiwe, Nosihle, Nonku,, Noluthando, this is the worst service received. After having no water from the 8th September 2021, sending msg after msg, all these ppl say is that they are escalating the matter. When you ask for the plumbers number and name of who is APPERENTLY fixing the pipe there is no response.
You guys are the bomb. My pup had an emergency, they was on the ball and to the tee. I am more then glad that I take all my furry babies to them for any medical attention. They professional, quick and extremely reasonable on cost. Always keeping you updating on appointments and even giving back to the community.
Water and Sanitation - eThekwini Municipality - WHAT ARE YOU'LL DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have contracts and plumbers registered to work and get paid, yet they have not the slightest idea on how to do they job. From June 2021 there is 1 pipe in Chatsworth that is always getting bust in the same place and we are left without water. Do we not pay out water bill!!!!!! Do we not pay tax!!!!!!!!!! The most useless incompetent people I have ever come across in my life. YOU JUST WANT TO GTE PAID FOR SITTING AND DOING NOTHING.
Ayanda from Vodacom Customer Care, you should be fired and you are a true insult to Vodacoms Network. I called in to be assisted with my account, but I got nothing except attitude, disrespect and no help at all from you. I asked to speak to your manager and you put me on hold, and then come back on the call to ask me " what makes you think I put you on hold ". You spend most of the call arguing with me and speaking over me with your disgusting stinking attitude. I am puzzled at the kind of manager Vodacom as to allow such staff to be employed at the network. At the end of the call, nothing was resolved. For anyone that calls into Vodacom Customer Care, I hope that the call is not directed to such a arrogant agent Ayanda.
A huge thumbs up to Khwezi for the exceptional service provided to myself and my partner upon visiting Tekkie Town at the Chatsworth Center. At first I could not win, as the tekkie that caught my eye was not available in my size, however Khewezi did assist me to find the most comfortable tekkie, fitted it on, laced it up and even cracked in a few jokes.
I recently was hell bent on getting myself a new TV. I paid a visit to HI-FI Corp at Springfield Park. The staff was more then friendly throughout assisting me with my application and picking out my new things. The TV is simply amazing but I found the win with my new deep fat fryer which was suggested by 1 of the staff. I would recommend anyone to visit the HI-FI Corp at Springfield for they friendly services and going out of they way to assist.
I have been a client to the Game Store for many years. Not once during this time did Game Store have a problem with payment from my end. Nor was anything extra expected from Game Store. The service have received from Game makes me sick to the stomach. This is a horrible experience that I will sure to inform all family and friends off. I had made a purchase at Game Store West Street, CBD, for which one of the employees sold me the KIC Deep Freezer, upon making the purchase I was also told that the insurance will cover the appliance should something go wrong. I had paid heed to those words and also decided to make an extra payment for the insurance on the appliance. Firstly to note the consultant failed to inform me that should something happy to the appliance that only during the weekday will anyone come have a look at the appliance. April 2019 my 1st visit to the Game Store on West Street CBD, informing the consultant that I am now having a problem with the appliance. I was told that someone will get back to me to make the arrangements to sort out the problem. More then 2 week had passed and no one had called. During working hours I once again had to visit the Game Store to inform them that no one had called to come have a look at the appliance. After requesting to speak t the manger at the Game Store,still no one had called. About a week later, I received a called from a guy named Themba that informed me that he is on his way to visit me on a Saturday to assess the appliance, I had in return informed Themba that I will be at home on both Saturday and Sunday awaiting his visit. The guy never showed up, nor returned my call.Once again I had to take time off from work to go back to the store and find out what the hell is going on. The matter did not stop there, after speaking to many people at the Game Store I have come to realized that all are uneducated incompetent people that have no training and no proper product knowledge, and who are also lazy has **** and is oh so ready to pass the blame to someone else in the another department instead of assisting the client. I come from a big chain store myself and in very well understand the importance of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is not the case at GAME. After paying a visit to the store and kicking up a fuss in front of other customers, does Game then maybe try to assist. I had received a call from Themba once again, who advised me that he is in Chatsworth unit 7 and is on his way to visit me. Then I received another call from Themba stating that the highway is closed and he i unable to get to me, he stated that he i going to Pinetown to make a u turn and then get back to me. Can someone please explain to me what DAMN **** STORY IS THAT???????????????????????? Unable to get any assistance from anyone at Game Store including the manager, I had sent out the 1st email explaining all of the above. Only after incorrectly reading the email sent does Themba make a call me to once again on a Friday, making arrangements to visit on Saturday to have a look and assess the appliance. After Themba made his full assessment, where we told that the appliance has an internal leak and also needs to replaced. He advised me that on Monday he will log this issue with head office. He also had stated that the lady in charge of this Happy I currently on leave and will return to work that Thursday and by Friday I can expect a call to have he matter sorted out. It has been many Fridays but no Happy has made any contact with me nor a phone call nor email. Sitting on the 9th Floor at Liberty Life Towers on Samore Machel Street, what does the staff do, come to the office have a cup of coffee, eat they lunch and then wait for home time. WHO HAS ONCE CALLED TO SORT OUT THIS MESS??????? I would also kindly like to note that I have already posted this on Hello Peter and also shared this on my FaceBook Account, and not to mention that I have also posted this on the GAME FACEBOOK PAGE. Twice a week I have consultant calling me to offer me high Game Store Credit and to turn my available funds into cash, HOW THE HELL AM I TO TAKE HIGHER CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT WHEN I KNOW THAT NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED THEREAFTER. This is not the end of me informing other Game Store clients of the BAD, DISGRACEFUL, HORRIBLE, APPALLING, AWFUL, DISGUSTING, DREADFUL, LOUSY, POOR, CHEAP, GARBAGE, LOWLIFE, STINKING, DISSATISFACTORY, CARELESS, BOTTOM OUT, CHESSY, BAD NEWS SERVICE. Upon meeting a consultant from the GAME STORE he advised me to contact Rabia from Game Head Office and she will be able to assist me with the matter on hand. DOES GAME PAY THE OTHER CONSULTANTS TO CAME HAVE THEY LUNCH AND GO BACK HOME?????? WHY THE HELL AM I THE CLIENT RUNNING AROUND AND TOLD TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE T SORT OUT THIS ISSUES. AM I THE CLIENT OR AN EMPLOYEE FOR GAME STORE???????????????????????
