okay no wonder my claim is taking this long yoh auto and general and this company wow disappointed really but its all good
I had to delete the previous rating cause this company doesnt deserve any star rating. I previously praised but now i dont know if I still wanna do business with them anymore. I logged a claim for my geyser right, and FOGI (Digicall) was appointed to have a look at it. their plumber is telling them a different story to what i initially noticed on what transpired on my geyser. I have been back and forth with them and I am still without hot water this is pathetic. Now another issue is that they are telling me about exclusions on my claim, their consultant cant even pin point those exclusions under my policy. How are we insured for something that when you are about to claim suddenly there are exclusions which they were not transparent about. this means that i am donating my hard earned money to the most biggest company. I am really dissappointed but its fine. God bless you shame, but dikeledi tsa batho adi wele fatse.
I have just made a claim for my leaking geyser, in which under my policy contract, i do not have exclusions. Now the plumberr came out to assess the damage and tried to tell me few things that i didnt mention and prior to making a claim the geyser was assessed privately by myself. The geyser itself is leaking terribly and not warming up my water also the pipes attached to it are leaking. also my insurance is telling me that they do not cover the leaking pipes but there are attached to the geyser. This company is the worst as their plumber doesnt want to listen what the issue is and make their own assumptions. they do not deserve to even have a star for them. they are terrible. I should have went with my private plumber for this and everything was going to be sorted.
this is the worse corier company i have ever dealt with, I stated that I gave up my work address and they continue to come way after hours at 7pm for that matter, when you reschedule they still come at the same time. I hope makro would actually change them as they do not care how you feel about late delivery. I will never use them ever
Good day on 30 November 2021 I settled my account but today debit order went through. I also checked my credit profile and see that you haven't updated that I have fully paid you why are you doing this please refund me and closed my account.
I have made a withdrawal request and was told to send my bank statement, i did send it tried following this request back but their lines are off emails are not being replied, social media not being replied as well seems like we will not be getting our withdrawal here. on the website they said 1 - 2 days for eft withdrawal but till now i havent been helped
This company has taken my kindness to the core. Waited for almost 2 years to the a get from them and on top wow on top of that 1st I report outside lights not working. not fixed after 2month since i reported that. next thing my geyser switch missing, i reported that still not fixed 2 weeks later. Now my meter number is not registered I reported that in the morning 6 hours later it wasnt even attended too and i have to call and ask each and every time on how far it is going. i cannot go on without the electricity as i work from home this company takes people for fools it is about high times I write this review and i regret dealing with them honestly speaking I am tired of these people now
