I took my car for service and I was told it clutch kit which cost about R8624 and I didn't have that money but M-Sure made sure that my car gets fixed
Telkom is disgust, it repulse me, my contract has ended on the 30th of November 2024. I went to one of their branch in Morningside sandton, to ask them to cancel my cellphone contract as it's paid up and I don't want an up grade, the lady there told me she can't help I must call the cancelation department which I did immediately after leaving the store but I was on the phone for about 30 minutes if not more listening to a robot. She told me that if I don't cancel they will continue taking money from me. It's so surprising that when you want a contract they answer their calls seconds from ringing but when you want to cancel they are nowhere to be found.
I am so happy with the service I got from Micheal Cordier, I claimed for 2 tyres and 1 was paid fully and the other was paid 60% but I didn't have money for the shortfall but he was kind enough to let me wait until I had money to pay for the other Tyre. He was very patient with. Thank you so much Micheal Cordier!!
Can someone please tell me how this company run things because am really running out of patience with them. They claim to have found anyone home when they were delivering my parcel from temu, and I was home the whole day. Now they returned my parcel.
This bank is really ****ed.. Firstly their online chat takes hours to get a response and after waiting for so long they then tell you call their number.. Which they gave me I called the number but couldn't get help now the consultant gave me another number which I called also and it says sharleen is not available and then hang up. I didn't know that to pay my temporary loan of R220 would cost me so much headache.

I really don't know what to do anymore...on the 4/may/2020 I applied for my debit orders to be reversed because me and my creditors we have an agreement in place that there won't be any debit orders going through for 3 months...at the end of the month of April they went through anyway,I was advised to go reverse them but I can tell you now that this is hell having to deal with FNB, since on last week Monday I never got any feed back and yesterday I went to speak to the manager of FNB in rivonia branch I was told he wasn't at work.Can someone help me please am really desperate to get the money back because my salary was affected. Instead of them reversing the debit orders they are busy calling me take a loan from them. What must I do
this is the most useless bank i have ever used and i cant believe am even saying this because my husband used to tell to leave it but i have used fnb for many years .Now is the right time to leave it , firstly they take away the option of reversing debit orders on their app and not tell customers,secondly their app takes 30+mnts to open .i have spoken to my creditors not to debit any money for 3 months and we had an agreement but debit orders still went through so i was adviced to reverse them and i went to fnb to do that since their app was not helping.I went ot fnb on the 4 /may /2020 to reverse the debit orders of more than R3000 and they told me to apply under covid19 icon i did that same day but till today there is no money in my account and they told me it would take only 24hrs, fnb has put alot of options on their appp which they know very well they dont work cause i tried to check the status of my application it shows nothing has been done or it doesn't show the status . FNB should know better ,at times like this they should be helping their customers not depressing.Why the hell do we have their app but still cant get any help from it, Even if you call them you stay on the line and an hour later a machine tells you they are unavailable.Because of this pandemic i desperstely need this money but fbn couldn't careless. What would it take for my money to be reversed or what must i do to get my money back? FNB THE MOST USELESS BANK. You should ask CAPITEC AND STANDARD BANK HOW THEY KEEPING THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY maybe you will learn one or two things from about customer service.
Am very very disappointed by this company,my name was forwarded to them by a friend because I was looking for an insurance for my car and the lady who call me Nontobeko she find a company for insurance I asked her if I was going to be paying any amount and she gladly said "no mam,this is free of charge "today I was called by this company saying am due to pay a once off fee of R800 on the 25 September I told them am not aware of any amount and was told this service is free.if I had known I would said no from the word go.I said to the lady if your company debit any amount from my account I will take this to the next level.
This dealer is the most disgusting place I have ever been to.I had my car traded-in on the 24 of August 2018 for grandi10 and everything was done except the the settlement for the old car and I was debuted for it yet I didn't have any longer.I have been lied to by the salesman called Selby Mokwena few times about the payment, everytime I asked him he would say it's been paid yet when I go to the bank to ask for my money back am told the car is not settled and Mr Mokwena would still continue lying..on the 21st of September I went to the branch again and spoke to their principal and he assured me that he will sort it out,up to so far nothing has happened. Now am scared that I won't be able to pay my other creditors because if they still haven't paid for the old car am going to be debuted twice which means more than R5000 will be out of my account paying for the car is have now and the one I don't have anymore. It's been a month already amade very disappointed .please helpI have a lot of things to pay for i really don't need this.
