Bad service at Truworths
Just closed my Truworths account this morning. The queue times are ridiculous, especially at the Cresta branch. It's wild they have 5 tellers but only 2 are actually helping customers. Never again!" 🤯👎

Excellent service from Dotsure Pet Insurance
Dotsure pet insurance is an amazing company with an impecable service. Their representatives have a vast knowledge of their products and they are patient and friendly. I recently had an incident with my little pup, they started the process as soon as they received my claim and I was pay promptly. Thank you for a great service. Dischem failing to upload repeat prescription in the system
I went to Dischem Ferndale to get my child's repeat. medication to find out that Dischem Cresta didn't loaded it on the system my Dr emailed the prescription. Ferndale Dischem couldn't find any repeat prescription on the system. I needed to call my Dr for her to resend the prescription repeat. Please you are dealing with medication this a sensitive matter be more profesional.

Bad service from Outsurance
I submitted a claim on the 6th of May Message Notepad - 144993787/ Claim - 374098345, I don't understand how it takes almost a month to book a car by the panel beaters . Is not even a big job, my hand break didn't work properly and afterr a while of the car being parked, it reversed into a tree breaking the tail light and damaging the bumper and the car body. The Panel beater, Dr Dent, order pirate parts to fix my car, I dont understand why is taking so long to order parts that are not even original. The lack of communication is alarming from them. I'm very unhappy with the service.

Unjustified Standard Bank powecurve inquiry affected credit score
Standard bank powercurve enquiry on credit score and false credit card agreement I worked hard to get my credit score on a very good position until standard bank decided to do a hard enquiry and I got 4 points off my score when I haven't app**** for any loans or credit from standard bank. Im so confused on the way this bank credit department proceeds, i did receive a letter from the credit division wich looks legit and states an agreneent for a credit card for over one hundred and fifty thousand rand. All the banks says is that there's no credit cards recently open under my name but the letter shows an agreement between the bank and myself, an agreement that was never authorized by my side. Unacceptable!!!!! I need an explanation and for the powercurve inquiry to be immediately removed from my credit profile

Shoprite trucks
We live next door to checkers braamfischer, today a Shoprite truck caused havoc forcing to close George street for over three hours, road still not clear . Not the first time. Drivers are destroying the pavement across the road when turning. Nobody takes responsability or fix the damages. Complete disregard.
