Absolutely the worst to deal with! My bank has requested Old Mutual to transfer my Retirement Annuity via a Section 14 transfer a month ago. Old Mutual did not have the courtesy to acknowledge the initial transfer request nor are they responding to any of the follow up requests sent for feedback!

Do not buy material from this crowd in duffle bags that are supposed to be refundable. Upon returning the duffle bag I was kept waiting for an hour and I left with their bag as they did not want to refund me. Worst service ever from Leroy Little Falls… PS. The supervisor refused to provide her details after I informed her of my intention to complain!
FNB insurance, your underwriters are not attending to and resolving claims effectively. Please intervene..
Pathetic service! No feedback is received from Brolink unless you constantly call for feedback. I was promised feedback today by Penny today, have received none whatsoever.
FNB Insurance Brokers provide shocking service! Call logged on the 24th of December for a burst geyser. The contractors confirmed that they will repair today (28th of December). This morning, I was told to wait until January when suppliers reopen. FNB Insurance, what contractors do you have that cannot assist during emergencies? I made a follow up call to FNB to inquire - Matshepo whom I spoke to was going to get Hollard to contact me.... This was at 11am this morning. It is now 1pm and still no call from anyone. Called again and liaised with Dorcas. She is following up and will request a call back.... Waiting I am....
Poor customer service received from Feroza Naqvi. Called the call centre to log a claim. After an explanation as to why I am calling on behalf of the policy holder and the policy holder being on the call as well authorising me to log the claim, I was just astounded by the rude attitude Feroza displayed. Ended the call and spoke to another agent to log my claim. Motovantage, as your paying customer, please teach your staff to be curteous
Tracking device again not working. A new unit was installed +- 3 months ago and again no signal! This is pathetic. Logged a call for and waiting....... Absolutely no peace of mind with the current tracking device as it hardly ever works! Cartrack, are you going to accept liability for the loss and if my insurance repudiates a claim in the event of my vehicle being stolen due to your device being faulty more than anything else?
Thumbs up to Creative Stone! We recently placed an order for stones for our new pool. We came across a few stones that had defects. This company immediately responded to my request, was on site the following day and replaced all stones the same day! Great service and will definitely recommend their services. Shocking service! Cartrack app has not been updating since the 26th of May 2021. Logged a call for this and received a ticket number 101507691 as reference on 2 June 2021. To date no response. Contacted Cartrack telephonically today and when the call was transferred I merely got cut off. What service am I paying for? Should I expect the same level of service in the event of my car being stolen?
