Horrible customer service. Turnaround time for feedback is 24 hours & after 48 hours there is still no communication. Each call is a minimum of 30 minutes holding on, then they drop the call on you & don't bother to call you back even after you confirm your details.
TERRIBLE MIXED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION UP SENT MORE THAN 10 DIFFERENT PEOPLE INTO MY HOME, I HAVE A YOUNG DAUGHTER & WIFE AT HOME. DAMAGES TO MY PROPERTY INSTALLED INCORRECT SERVERS REMOVED EVERYTHING FORCES ME TO REAPPLY PROMISES TO GET BACK TO ME & NEVER DO MADE ME CANCEL TELKOM, CELL C & RAIN Sitting out of pocket & still no Joy
I have been using old spice deodorant stick (Speed stick) for at least 3 years. I bought a few in November / December 2021, i recently noticed bad rashes under my armpits & what really frustrated me was all 3 to 4 of my sticks break alot which results in me throwing vat least 1/4 of it away. Are they defective because of the rash & breaking?
I Bought 2 Bauer Pans from Verimark (Mall Of The South) just under a year ago. The inside of the pans & underneath of the pans have been damaged badly. I do understand that the inside was probably washed to hard but that is due to the inside not been able to be NON STICK. I did go tot he store to check & was told they are FAKE & not BAUER. I said I bought it from your store & even wanted to vet a new one but after this Horrendous service I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED VERIMARK NOR BAUER TO ANYONE . I have always loved the BAUER range but get a not so good feeling anymore. Are you using substandard material now???
Terrible accounting skills, I have been called 3 months ago stating my policy is in arrears, which it was partially. I sent my bank statements through showing that i was debited, then double debited, then over charged again. Now I get an email stating that my policy is 2 months in arrears & I have 15 days to pay or it will lapse.
I wrote a review with Terrible customer service on Monday (22/11/21). A few hours MultiChoice responds & calls me just before 20h00, with a promise to get back to me by the latest the next day. To Date, no communication or feedback. I was fed incorrect information so I do not expect to be incorrectly billed
Every year for a few months of the year I have a billing issue & it never gets resolved to my satisfaction. I have spent over 400 minutes in the last 2 weeks alone with calls to MultiChoice with still no feedback. I was told I would be contacted in a short while the same day (twice) from the team leader & still ot even an sms & in the interim my service is still not active.
Everytime you try to deal with ANY game store there is an issue. Budgeted around the The Television set they advertising only to find out they have no stock. All they say is buy another one & not a single store has the item so why advertise?
